Katastrof dålig service vid middagen personalen försvann ur matsalen gick inte att få tag i fick mat utan tillhörande sås å ingen att säga till när hon väl kom tillbaka till matsalen med näsan i mobilen fick vi ett oengagerat svar å sen fick vi reda på att såsen va slut. Det va flera gäster som fick vänta i evigheter på henne tog lång tid att ens få beställa mat sen 45 min att få maten kommer aldrig äta där igen

Trevligt bemötande, bra frukost. Rent och fräscht. Bra läge, nära hållplatsen Sickla kaj.

Något tråkigt rum, dock bra storlek och välstädat. Hade gärna haft kylskåp.

Le camere erano pulite.

Il lavandino del bagno non era funzionante e non venivano riassortite giornalmente le bustine di the e tisane presenti vicino al bollitore.

Pros:

Struttura buona. Quartiere non centralissimo ma assolutamente elegante e buono. Collegato benissimo per il centro e comunque vicino ad altri punti di attrazione. Albergo pulito, staff gentilissimo.

Cons:

Purtroppo la nostra camera aveva un problema in bagno. La doccia non bloccava l'acqua e si allagava tutto il bagno. Non hanno risolto il problema durante il soggiorno. Questo non mi è piaciuto. Abbiamo dovuto trovare noi una soluzione, tamponando la doccia con asciugamani da doccia.

The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view. The staff are lovely. The location near to shops and the tram was fantastic.

The breakfast was a disaster too full not enough space for the number of rooms. The tables were full of used plates and cups.

Pros:

Huone oli rauhallinen ja siisti. Mukavaa, ettei ollut kokolattiamattoa. Hotelli on rauhallisella alueella. Aamiainen sunnuntaina oli runsas. Maanantaina monet tuotteet olivat pitkiä aikoja loppu eikä lettuja ollut tarjolla. Kyllä silloinkin löytyi riittävästi ruokaa.

Tuotteet kylpyhuoneessa voisivat olla hajusteettomia.
