Pros:

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, large warm and clean swimming pool. Courteous and helpful staff. Well equipped gym.

Cons:

Some advertised activities not available like no movies available at movie night. Go kart not available. Li Cafe not open daily for dinner, limited in room dining menu.

The stay is very good.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options. The lunch and dinner buffets featured a great selection of dishes, at a reasonable prices. We stayed there for four nights and did not encounter any problems.

Cons:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un cadre très agréable, avec un vaste parc parfaitement entretenu qui apporte une réelle sensation de calme. La suite était magnifique, spacieuse et confortable, à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

En revanche, l’accueil à la réception a été assez froid, avec un réceptionniste semblant peu attentif, ce qui tranche avec l’image d’un hôtel de ce standing. La communication avec certains membres du personnel s’est également révélée difficile, ce qui est regrettable pour une marque réputée pour la qualité de son service.

L’établissement est situé à environ 15 minutes du centre-ville, facilement accessible, ce qui reste un point positif.

Enfin, au moment du départ le matin, l’absence de portier pour nous assister avec nos bagages a été une déception supplémentaire et ne correspond pas aux standards attendus dans un hôtel de luxe.

Very good Hotel in Guilin, an excellent option for Traveling to this wonderful place
Pros:

The hotel is very modern, beautiful, with very good and big rooms, excellent views of the nature, very good bathroom and a very quiet and relaxing ambience. The staff was attentive and kind. The dining room has tasty food .
The breakfast experience was a little bid disapointing but in general was ok

Cons:

More food alternatives in the breakfast for tourists coming from mediterranean countries.
