La amabilidad de la chica que me atendió en recepción.
Y la comodidad de la cama, la almohada y el gusto de las sábanas.

Cons:

El baño me esperaba otra cosa, me desilusioné porque quería haberme dado un baño en la bañera, pero sólo disponía de ducha.
Aunque ésto es más inconveniente mío, que del hotel en sí.
