Pros:

Nothing. Very unprofessional and untrained staff

Cons:

The room ( 506) ac was not working. We had a 9 month old kid - had trouble due to the room temperature. Toilet exhaust fans were not working . The evening snacks - from 5 to 7 — was very very mediocre- papri , nimki and onion pakoda - very very sub standard.We tried their signature dish - mutton curry — and we all fell sick. Had a terrible experience . Would not recommend anyone.

Cons:

Complimentary Evening tea is terrible - just tea and smelly oil dripping pakora apparently made from left over stuff. Did not take any meals there so cant comment on that.
