First of all Google is wrong and they don't have a hot tub. The person who checked up in said my card would have a $50 hold on it but then I was charged $72 and haven't received it back yet. The bathtub felt grimey and was gross looking aound the drain. The shower curtain was tore at the top. There was no bags in any of the trash cans I had to use a dollar tree bag I had for the bathroom trashcan. The bed was so uncomfortable!!! Straight up a flat rock! I could hardly sleep at all. Then I really couldn't because at 11pm at night a maintenance worker came knocking on our door. When I answered he said that he had to check our shower because there's a leak from around that area going all the way down to the first floor. The guy was nice but still this was all crazy. He checked the tub and apologized and left. Honestly I would really appreciate a refund or at least a partial refund.

Hotel was very nice

Cons:

I booked through booking.com and I didn't realize that I chose two 1 king bedroom i called the hotel and in a very rude way told me that its my fault and they weren't going to accommodate and just hung up wile I was still talking. Next i get there and I made the mistake of booking on the wrong day. This time they were nice and said will take care of it. So I was like great didn't realize that they just went on and charged me again. So I paid double for those rooms.

Pros:

The trash was taken out one time during my 4 day stay. I had to take my own trash to the vending area where trash was piled up. I only received fresh towels one day. I was unable to get a receipt as I was leaving because the computers were down. Still haven't received an email with the receipt as promised. This was a business trip so I will not be reimbursed until I receive the receipt.

No working ice machine on the floor.
Also, put a hold on my funds for $1600 upon registering for room. In addition, on Tuesday if my stay the cost of room went up $10. Then on Saturday, went up to $189, when I confirmed room rate of $129. I was told the fluctuation in the price was due to occupancy. Well, I scheduled room for a confirmed rate of $129. Nothing said about possible fluctuation in price.

Pros:

Very disappointed. There are no luggage racks in the suites. Had to use coffee table and desk, which was way more inconvenient than storing rack in closet and setting it up. Not til I needed it did I discover there was no hair dryer, tho housekeeping brought one immediately. Glad we always pack alarm clock because there was none.

The room was great and I rested well, the only thing was a couple of days my room wasn't serviced, but I did tell the front desk about it and they did take care of it the third day. that has never happened before and I always stay there. They also had spinach quiche on Monday. it didn't taste quite done, but I did enjoy everything else.

Pros:

Staff was nice and breakfast was fine but there was no ice in the building.
We had to buy a bag of ice to use for water and drinks. The outside temperatures were hot and we couldn’t take iced drinks out with us. I asked about ice in the kitchen but they said no.

Very nice stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice as well. Unfortunately, all of the ice machines were down for refurbishment as well as the whirlpool. Was not notified of this before booking, but was not a deal breaker.
