Dissapointed
Cons:

They cancelled on us with less than 12 hours notice. And did not make an attempt to help us find other accommodations and with it being Canmore last minute hotels are triple the price so even the bit of an extra allowance that booking.com gave was not enough to cover a new booking.
We were there to work a wedding and this added un needed stress to the whole event.

Expensive but a wonderful resort!
Pros:

The pool and hot tub - the room - the patio and table and chairs there with the awning was awesome. The pub nearby was wonderful.

Cons:

Check out time way too early. And it could be a little bit more reasonably priced but other than that - very nice, beautiful place.

Pros:

Niet veel. Bij binnenkomst in de kamer was de kamertemperatuur 26 graden. Echter, de AC werkte niet want die ging pas op 1 juni centraal aangezet worden.

Cons:

De accommodatie en de kwaliteit. Voor de prijs per nacht (EUR 300,00) is dit te duur. De accommodatie is gedateerd en heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig. De kamernummers zijn op de deuren geplakt. (stukje papier met daarop het nummer en plakband !)

Pros:

The pool was great, the kids loved it. The location was great too.

Cons:

Not as clean as I would like (dirty dishes in the cupboard, kitchen table was dirty). Furniture in poor condition (couch was in rough shape and had stains on it). Not comfortable for the ones sleeping on the pullout couch (terrible condition).

Pros:

Amazing location great pool area

Cons:

Pool is starting to be very run down (looks like small particles from room are falling off and were on the pool deck for our 3 night stay. The showers in the rooms badly need to be replaced. A very dam smell in both bathrooms in our room. Kitchen cabinet doors and couch are very badly worn and in desperate need of replacing.
