Beaucoup trop cher par rapport aux prestations
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre de Canmore ainsi que le parking gratuit

Cons:

La chambre vétuste sans aucun charme, limite chambre d'hôpital. De plus, les alentours de l hébergement étaient inondés et une pompe vide cave fonctionnait en permanence avec un bruit assourdissant juste sous noté fenêtre. Après discussion avec la réception, aucune solution n'a été trouvée, ni relogement ni dédommagement. On nous a dit de faire avec. Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations vendues.

Cons:

Disappointing overall. The room was located in a separate annex that looks and feels nothing like the main hotel. The annex is basic, completely lacks atmosphere, and feels disconnected from the hotel experience advertised. Poorly functioning air conditioning in the room, no housekeeping, and very limited parking further added to the disappointment. Definitely not good value for money.

Agréablement surprise par cet hôtel !
Pros:

En lisant les avis négatifs récents, j’avais un peu peur de ce que j’allais trouver en arrivant… et honnêtement, j’ai été agréablement surprise !

Les filles de l’accueil ont été adorables du début à la fin. Nous sommes français et elles faisaient même l’effort de parler français avec nous, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. Elles échangeaient aussi avec mon fils de 8 ans, qui est bilingue, et plaisantaient avec lui. Une équipe vraiment chaleureuse !

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la rue, mais nous avions malgré tout une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait encore les travaux liés à l’inondation, avec notamment une pompe pour évacuer l’eau. Nous étions au 2ᵉ étage, juste au-dessus de celle-ci, et honnêtement, cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés.

J’avais également quelques inquiétudes concernant le parking, mais finalement, aucun problème ! L’hôtel nous a remis un papier à laisser dans la voiture afin de confirmer que nous étions bien clients de l’établissement. Les places sont effectivement assez restreintes, mais nous avions un petit SUV et nous n’avons eu aucune difficulté à trouver une place. Nous rentrions généralement à l’hôtel vers 18h et avons toujours réussi à nous garer pendant nos quatre jours de séjour.

Au final, j’en garde un très bon souvenir et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! 😊

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne l’accès à la piscine. Lorsque j’ai effectué ma réservation en septembre 2025, il n’était pas indiqué que les clients séjournant dans l’annexe n’auraient pas accès à la piscine. Cette restriction a été annoncée en janvier 2026, soit plusieurs mois après ma réservation.

Cela a donc été une petite déception, notamment pour mon fils de 8 ans qui adore les piscines et se réjouissait de pouvoir en profiter pendant notre séjour.

Les joints de la douche étaient noirs , de l eau devant la terrasse était présente avec des pompes pour évacuer l eau
Un gros rafraîchissement serait a penser a faire dans l annexe couloir avec traces d anciennes infiltrations d eau

Solides Zimmer im sehr schönen Canmore ☺️
Pros:

Man versucht dem alten Gebäude ein bisschen Charme zu verleihen, Ausstattung teilweise neu, wie zum Beispiel das neue Bad.

Cons:

Durch die alten Türen/Fenster wirkt es dennoch ein wenig abgewohnt.

When someone from office desk just opened up our door, did not even bothered to knock the door first. Then someone from front desk called if we have paid, which we did when we checked in. And then again someone knocked on our door to know if someone inside. It's horrible.

Do NOT Book in the Annex Building!!!!!!
Pros:

The main building looks decent. Make sure you DO NOT book in the annex building. It is DISGUSTING!!!! The hallways have stains all over the floors. Ripped out base boards and paint chips everywhere. IT STINKS! There is no trolleys to haul your luggage if you are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The rooms are renovated so a 2 star at best! For this price, this is beyond disappointing!!!!! And additionally the annex building can not use the pool in the main building! Book somewhere else!
