Really nice ocean view room, with a nice balcony. Room had everything needed sitting area, small kitchen and separate bedroom.

My parents just got back from there visit and they had an amazing time and I would like to recognize Michelle steadmam and Riley Alfie for making one of the best experiences they have every had great customer service and just hard working women that other extra to keep the guests happy so thank you
I love the location, the views, how quiet it is, the staff very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable.
We had a great experience at Fisher Inn that was made even better by the front desk employee, Alfie. Upon checking in, one part of our reservation was not as we had intended it and she went far above and beyond to solve our problem. We had an amazing stay because of her hospitality!
There’s someplace in the room not very clean, and the AC was not cooling
Beautiful spot. Clean and nicely maintained. Pool was nice. Smaller facility with less people which was nice for relaxing quietness and enjoying the surroundings.
Our room needed updated sofa and chairs due to age, wear and tear and very uncomfortable.
Night shift front office person was not very welcoming or friendly at all. No smile, we seemed to have been bothering her when asking for pool towels and the time to fill out the log.
Cleaners weren’t very welcoming. They did respond when we said good morning or hello. But that was all.
Upon arrival, Michelle saw us trying to figure out the room and parking and jumped right in to help and she is in laundry. She was very kind and helpful.
Quicker response time with maintenance as our air went out in the middle of the night and still not fixed by checkout the next morning.
We reported at 8am and 3 hours with out being fixed.
Absolutely phenomenal front desk service from Giselle! So helpful and pleasant! For our trip off to the perfect start!

Perfect location with an amazing ocean view! Clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, breweries, and shops! Our King Oceanview room had the BEST views! The staff was helpful and friendly! Shout out to Michelle who helped make our stay extra special with her assistance!! Looking forward to booking here again!

The room, located on the third floor of the main building, was spacious, well air conditioned, generally clean and had a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom kitchenette and a spacious balcony that provided an ocean view (Note: the main building is situated perpendicular to the shore, so just about everyone on the upper floors had an "ocean view"). The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. The continental breakfast was actually more than I expected, containing a number of options, including fresh baked muffins (offered once during our four day stay), cereal, yogurt, bagels, Danish and hard-boiled eggs. The hotel grounds and outdoor shaded seating areas were well maintained with ample seating and beach area provided some incredible ocean views. Overall (and despite the comments below), we enjoyed our visit, appreciated the property's location, and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit the Keys.
The metal chairs in the room were uncomfortable and difficult to sit in for more than a few minutes. Chair pads would have been a big help. Also, I only found out on the second day of our trip that our rooms would not be cleaned unless we notified the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. This requirement would have been good to know when we first checked in. Note: Our party rented two rooms. A card stating this requirement for 24 hours' notice was only found in one of the rooms (i.e., the room I didn't stay in). Finally, while I was generally impressed with the continental breakfast options, you need to arrive early. Once the breakfast items are gone, they do not appear to be restocked. Additionally, I found out the hard way that the hotel allows pets; a barking dog woke me up every morning at 6:00AM (I guess there's not much a hotel can do about inconsiderate guests), and since the main property is located reasonably close to the highway, some road noise did come through the walls/windows.
Allie was great at the front desk. Love our room so close to the ocean. Clean, quiet and good service.

We stayed in a villa. It was easy access to and from the pool and the boat. It’s nice they have a boat ramp accessible.
Our room wasn’t very clean when we arrived. There was a ton of dust on the fan and blinds like it had been sitting there for a while. We asked for a cleaning the next day and they said they would come in the morning but never showed. Thankfully the following day, our friends who were staying in the villa next to us requested a cleaning for both rooms and it was better. But they never touched the fans or blinds for the whole 4 day stay.
