Wonderful grounds, clean room
Pros:

Staff were great, the grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

Pool seemed cold: no shelf in the shower for items; bed was so noisy you didn't dare roll in the middle of the night or you would wake up the entire room

Great location, a little dated but overall good value
Pros:

The setting is stunning, the view from our hotel room was incredible. The beach area was paradise at sunrise. Staff very friendly particularly Thomas.

Emplacement impeccable mais literie de mauvaise qualité

Lieu superbe et emplacement idéal, la vue sur le lever du soleil le matin était splendide. Personnel très gentil et réactif.

Relaxing getaway!
Pros:

We stayed in the one bedroom Villa and the views were spectacular. The staff of Riley, Bernadette and Thomas couldn't be friendly and accommodating. They were customer focused and helpful. It was a wonderful getaway.

5 star service at this affordable gem in the keys.
Pros:

The rooms are quiet and beautifully updated. The staff is incredibly friendly and made this stay enjoyable for us. You can’t beat the views right on the water. The location is perfect and we loved that it’s dog friendly.
What truly made it exceptional was the outstanding professionalism from Manager Thomas. He’s always on top of his game with an infectious smile, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Thomas. He deserves a raise or promotion! Bernadette at the front desk was amazing as well. The staff really make you feel welcomed here.
It was affordable for our longer stay over Christmas week with an oversized oceanfront balcony room. Highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something reasonable.

Adoramos nossa estada
Pros:

Localização excelente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto bem amplo e camas grandes, bom chuveiro. O check-in foi rápido e eficiente. Havia bicicletas, caiaques e prancha para empréstimo sem custo.

Cons:

O local do café da manhã é pequeno e isso pode ser incomodo quando muitas pessoas vão ao mesmo tempo se servir. A reposição pode ser demorada.

Great view but cockroaches in the room
Pros:

Great sea view from room 323, overall a nice spacious room. But cockroaches crawl out in the room at night, especially in the bathroom. It ruined the impression. Breakfast is also mediocre, there are no hot dishes: insoluble oatmeal, boiled eggs, rolls, butter, jam, cream cheese.

Great vacation!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful and Thomas and Eduardo where very friendly and the bedroom was nice and clean.
The kayaks and bikes that we use every day where very fun.
Really we recommend this resort for you and your family.
