The staff are absolutely wonderful—especially Ms. Nada, Captain Hossam, and Salim. Honestly, the service was top-notch; everything was handled with great ease, and they responded very quickly to every request. I would love to return to this place, and the location is excellent.

Pros:

The most wonderful thing was welcoming and very nice staffs, all of them were really helpful and kind, I believe this hotel staffs are golden mark for it.

Cons:

The overall location was good but hotel wasn’t at the main road, inside the narrow street . My room was comfortable , however after taking the shower, floor got wet and I didn’t like it at all, tab had issue . Breakfast was ok but wasn’t special. But was ok .
