Pros:

L'accès à la plage privée.la propreté des locaux. la gentillesse du personnel. L'emplacement est situé en retrait de la rue mais proche de Sheraton avenue qui est animée.bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi hors de fonctionnement.le restaurant et le bar belle vue non inclus dans l'option all inclusive.

Rude staff and dirty rooms
Pros:

Rooftop restaurant food and view on the sea were nice.
The gaming room was also nice, it was free as well.
Close city center and the Hurghada Marina.

Cons:

Unfortunately our stay was ruined by hotel manager Tamer. We booked two deluxe rooms and the original pictures showed a bathtub (now removed), so one would assume that both rooms come with a bathtub. We first approached a different staff member (Selim) at the reception who seemed to be clueless about anything and didn’t take us serious. He eventually said that we will get new rooms the next day. So we came back and Tamer said he doesn’t know about anything and then went on to say about the bathtub “do you want to give birth in that bathtub?”, is this how you treat your guests? This comment also feels sexist. After that we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel anymore, as it was also not very clean nor was the food at the buffet fresh, on top of that they treated the cat (that was very friendly) that sometimes came to the hotel poorly.

We stayed in different hotels in hurghada before and this was by far the worst one. The trips you can book through the hotel are overpriced, it’s best to book it directly at the marina.

The showers didn’t have a shower door or curtain so be prepared to have a flood in your bathroom everytime you shower.

The Wifi in the hotel is slow, its not recommended to use it when working..etc.

Shoutout to Ms. Nada for trying to make our stay better unfortunately we already felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

Tous, la gentillesse et l'extrême professionnalisme de tous le personnel, les services proposés, mention spéciale aussi à Wallid notre moniteur de plongée qui a été très à l'écoute, professionnel, nous sommes N2 et N4 et les plongées ont été au top
Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la cuisine proposés, la très jolie carte des boissons, les prix plus que corrects, le superbe rooftop, la proximité avec Sheraton road sans en avoir les inconvénients comme le bruit.
L ambiance musicale de l'hôtel et son intimité loin des complexes hôtelier.
Notre séjour a été très agréable, le seul bémol ne pas avoir pu profiter du spa et des massages apparemment très appréciés
Nous n'avons qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner ☺️

Pros:

L’établissement est très propre et bien situé. Le personnel est sympathique, souriant et très efficace que ce soit au restaurant, à la réception ou au bar. Les repas sont simples mais variés. L’établissement dispose d’un spa, sauna et propose des massages.
La plage, certes petite, est de l'autre côté de la rue, les serviettes sont fournies par l'hôtel. Le restaurant attenant offre une vue magnifique.
L’établissement propose des excursions : nous n’avons donc rien à gérer,
Le wifi est OK.
Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Cons:

Absence de rideau de douche, ce qui fait que la petite salle de bain est toujours inondée. Les WC présentent des difficultés d’écoulement.
L’excursion proposée pour la visite des îles Hula Hula et Orange Bay ne comporte qu’une seule île, vraiment dommage.

Trop court et extrêment réparateur et dépayasant
Pros:

L'Hôtel a tout mis en place pour garantir mon arrivée et ma sécurité alors que je suis arrivé à 4h du matin, merci.
Les soins et massage d'Amira sont extraordinaires, à un tarif très attractif. Merci beaucoup !
