Pros:

Pésima atención de parte de recepcionista y su supervisor, hice la reserva y no me permitieron entrar al hotel, el recepcionista de turno da una pésima atención a los clientes, diciendo que él no tiene nada que ver porque lo que está en juego es el nombre del hotel no el de él.

Las camas muy confortables

Cons:

No hay ni teléfonos para comunicarse con el servicio, no hay cafetería.
Literalmente, es un hotel para dormir. No hay otros espacios que indagar.

-EL lobby esta agradable

-Habitación: bien
-Buena ubicacion

Cons:

-Al momento de registro entrada/salida se forma mucha fila pues solo tienen a una sola persona y no son muy sonrientes.
-Area pára desayunar: no muy agradable...pues se torna muy caliente aun antes de las 0900 am ya que no hay cortinas en la pared de fondo que es de vidrio (mucha carga térmica)
-Muy pobre el desayuno (no queso-frutas muy limitadas, etc)
-Un solo elevador funcionando

Pros:

La ubicación me encantó, los comercios estan cerca, el edificio es muy bonito, habitaciones confortables con una hermosa vista hacia la ciudad, la piscina es excelente.

Cons:

El desayuno me pareció de muy mala calidad, no me gustó para nada. El acceso al gimnasio es limitado, después de las 8 pm ya no dan ingreso (debería ser 24/7). Los protocolos de acceso al área de gimnasio y piscina es muy ineficiente, solo el personal en turno del Loby puede dar acceso y cuando uno quiere salir del área e irse a la habitación uno debe andar como loco acercándose a los vidrios a ver si lo ven hacer señas y que abran el acceso para salir, ellos le dicen a uno que escriba al numero del hotel pero muchas veces no responden. Es necesario aumentar la variedad de peso en mancuernas.
