Pros:

La limpieza, las habitaciones bastante espaciosas, la atención del personal muy buena, la comida del buffet muy rica, la ubicación súper céntrica.

Cons:

En el buffet no había muchas opciones de fruta, no hay servicio de comida a la habitación

Falta ventilación en las áreas comunes como el Comedor donde se sirven los desayunos o áreas sociales, por el clima de la ciudad se necesita mejor ventilación

Everything including the breakfast except for 1 thing.

Cons:

The AC wasn't cold enough since it took almost all night to cool off the room, the settings were on High and Cool mode but still wasn't coming cold enough. Everything else was Great!!

No tienen servicio de alimentación o bebidas, salvo que uno baje a comprarlo en recepción
No tenían sistema para dar comprobante de pago
Las personas en recepción, ante los problemas que deciamos, solo se reian pero no ofrecieron soluciones
Los cuartos estan en mal estado
El servicio de cable en la tv es pésimo y los canales no se ven
QUIERO SOLICITAR REITEGRO DE MI DINERO PUES NO PUDE QUEDARME NI UNA SOLA NOCHE ALLI

Great location, easy access to restaurants and mall

Cons:

Need to improve the access to the pool. Always needed a staff member to let you in or out. Sometimes they were busy and had to wait for a short period of time for them to let you inside the hotel.
