Loved the area and the hotel was nice.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam
De locatie Bad-Gastein is leuk en ligt mooi vlakbij de grote waterval.

Cons:

2 kleine flesjes water op de kamer hebben wij gemist.
Het avond buffet vonden wij gezien de aangeboden gerechten wel duur.
Een schoonmaak van de kamer na de eerste nacht is niet uitgevoerd.
De parkeerplaats is vooral voor wat oudere mensen wel slecht beloopbaar, zeer stijl omhoog.
Hier zou volgens mij een service met een golfkar o.i.d. om gasten naar het parkeerterrein te brengen gewenst zijn.

A big and family friendly hotel in the centre of Bad Gastein
Pros:

A big hotel with a very service minded staff. The rooms are quite big and the studio apartments have everything you need. Great breakfast.

Cons:

The spa area was invaded by kids, so there’s no chance to get some peace and quite. The room was vacuumed, but there were still a lot of dust on shelves, curtains and on top of the wardrobe which started to circulate in the air when entering. The dinner and breakfast are great but a bit overpriced.

Very nice room and hotel for a good price. Especially nice that buses where included in the hotel price, as we mainly visited to walk in Sportgastein for which you needed to take the bus.

Cons:

A bit of a climb to get up to the train station.

Мы провели три ночи в отеле. Это было потрясающе: чистота, балкон , вид просто🔥, джакузи, сауна, зона на террасе. Я хочу приехать еще раз!!!!!!
В номерах хорошая шумоизоляция, чистое белье и пуховые одеяла. Качественный сон +спа это потрясающая комбинация

Pros:

Es war sehr schön, sauber, gemütlich, größer als auf den Bildern und viel schöner. Küche und Bad waren vollständig ausgestattet. Wunderbare Terrasse mit schönen Ausblick. Sehr sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Preis war im Verhältnis sehr gut. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Sehr nette Aufenthalt, Ausstattung des Apartments, tipptopp, Wellnessbereich auch ausreichend gepflegt und zum relaxen
Pros:

Tipptopp, ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt.
Vielleicht gibt es ja irgendwann mal auch eine Spülmaschine, dann wäre es perfekt.

Cons:

Die automatische Lüftung läuft bis in die Nacht, wenn jemand sehr empfindlich ist, mit Geräuschen dann geht es mit ohrstöpsel ;)

Truly Exceptional Experience
Pros:

This has been by far the best hotel experience I have had in my life. The place is well kept, the staff, hospitality and food is exceptional. The hotel team went out of the way to make our stay a memorable one! Cant recommend it enough. Will definitely be coming back again!

Küchenecke im Zimmer, tolle Lage, schöne Bar, Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Late Ceckout leider nicht möglich. Zumindest wäre ein Checkout um 11 Uhr wünschenswert.

Bei der Buchung sollte ersichtlich sein, auf welcher Seite das Zimmer ist (Talblick oder Hangblick).
