Die Anlage wäre wunderschön, ist aber am Zerfallen. Es wird VIEL zu wenig investiert. Zudem ist es schmutzig.
Das Essen ist immer Geschmacksache, meins wars nicht.
Das Perdonal gibt sich Mühe!

conosco questo hotel da piu' di 15 anni e ho li molti cari amici.Ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene e io e mia moglie continueremo ad andarci anche l' anno prossimo per almeno un mese

Das riff war ziemlich abgestorben, die hotelanlage ist renovierungsbedürftig

Hotel was totally terrible , when we arrived , they told us it is All inclusive but for soft drinks only , not hard drinks , they said that of you book online , they don't provide hard drinks , you should upgrade , we tried a lot with them and even through Hotels customer service , but there was no any solution.

Other thing is our room , which had mosquitos and not matching to those photos showed on photos.

The food was really bad and even if they have some varieties , it has low quality and refill it lately.

Some emplyees are respectful but others have no good way for communication.

Animation team was not bad , and little bit smiling.

Het moet dringend gerenoveerd te worden. Er zijn problemen en de jongens worden onregelmatig betaald.
Het personeel is en blijft vriendelijk. Spijtig genoeg gaat het bergafwaarts op alle gebied ! Wij zijn er al ca 18x geweest en wij voelen ons daar goed omdat wij niet veeleisend zijn. We hopen dat er een nieuwe overname komt.

I stayed for six nights with my wife and teenage daughter. We were pleased with the hotel overall.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were always helpful if we had any type of request.

The food was as expected: varied options at each meal, good flavor, probably as good as you’ll get at any all-inclusive resort in Egypt.

It was a bit cool during January, but the hotel does have one heated pool.

Other notes:
-there’s a pharmacy on-site (prices are very high by Egyptian standards)
-clinic on-site costs $100 for a visit
-mini golf has a new 9-hole course
-our water was off for 2 days, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault; kinda normal for Egypt

The hotel is rather tired and in need of a bit of maintenance, but is clean. The staff are fantastic and very helpful.
The food selection is ok, but not as wide as it used to be (though this could be due to the hotel being quiet and therefore a reduced offering due to a reduced number of guests)

Es war einfach traumhaft

We had a great time at Hotelux Marsa Alam. The hotel is well appointed, great facilities, 2 tennis courts, 3 pools, 2 restaurants and a few drink stations.
The staff was wonderful, made us feel welcome and gave us enough privacy.
The room was clean and comfortable with a shower that needs some leak proofing!
But the price for our stay was reasonable and we would love to go back!!

Non adatto per famiglie , sporco ,personale non sempre cortese in reception.meno male che almeno era presente Mimmo il cuoco italiano.
Vacanza deludente da non ripetere. Esperienza deludente.

I forgot my phone charger to take from the room. The hitel send it to me a few days later. I was very happy. It was so kind.

Nothing to complain about at all. Staff were very helpful at reception, in the restaurant, the room and the beach. Requested a flat screen tv so we could play our holiday videos and it was installed in our room before I got back there. Connected to wifi everywhere even on the beach.
Definitely recommended for a wonderful relaxing holiday.

We have spent 6 nights at sentido, the hotel is very nice the staff were very friendly and dedicated.. Room was fine but not luxurious. Wish they had wider variety in food, however it was good in terms of quality and cleanliness and beach snacks were delicious. The beach was great and the annimation team were nice and professional.

Yasser from the diving center was very friendly and helpful we went in a snorkeling trip with them in sharm fougani with our water guide Salem and it was great and very professtional!

Also, yasser helped us booking very nice safari in a nearby area around the hotel and submarine trip in portghalib .. All of these trips were very well organized and of great value for money.

The most annoying con of this hotel was the acess to the hotel itself from the highway. It took us 10+ minutes contionus walking with our luggage in the burning sun to reach the lobby as there is no golf car or even extra-charged taxi or shuttle or any other mean of transportation available for this purpose.. The same went with us after checking out, we had to walk ourselves with our luggage all that way at 3 pm to reach the highway to get into the bus.

Clean hotel with nice night show and wonderful staff

This is a reasonable hotel with good sized rooms, a nicely filled fridge (bottled water free - as well as other drinks) and the real highlight for my kids were the non-alcohol cocktails offered at the bars. Gave a nice change from sprite or Fanta or cola. The location close to the airport and on a lagoon is really good. Snorkelling is fabulous. The food variety is good with alternative restaurants available to book. Nice model of all inclusive and better than the other hotel we stayed in - Coral Hills Resort. Only downside it is quite busy and meal times can be a bit ruck in the main restaurant. I would stay at this hotel again.
