El estacionamiento es techado.

Cons:

Fui a ese hotel por la alberca ya que refieren aquí en booking y en su página qué es climatizada, sin embargo. No lo es. Es un hotel viejito aunque tratan de tenerlo cuidado. Las mucamas tienden las camas pero si dejas las almohadas o cojines en otro lado qué no sea la cama. Ahí se quedan no las acomodan. El personal es escaso, durante toda mi estancia solo vi a uno. Por el.precio, recomiendo hospedarte en el centro.

Dejan que los huéspedes hagan desmanes a las 3 am y nadie del hotel hace nada por callarlos.

Lo unico que puedo decir que no me gustó es que la tarifa es.un poco cara y ni siquiera incluyen el.desayuno.

El servicio del personal fue impecable, en la recepción nos facilitaron siempre con amabilidad el transporte así como asesorías de como y que hacer en la ciudad.

Una estancia placentera y confortable
Pros:

El hotel está en una buena ubicación en coche como a 10 minutos del centro de GTO , las instalaciones muy confortables , muy limpias y bonitas, lo único malo fue que el agua de la alberca estaba fría y no me metí pero está muy limpia y de muy buen tamaño y agradable . El restaurante la comida en general buena y precios accesibles, personal muy amable y muy limpio todo el hotel , el estacionamiento muy bien es techado . por supuesto que regresaría , muy recomendable .
