Clean, great location, yummy breakfast, kind staff, enjoyed our stay!

Stay away from this hotel. It used to be nice, now it is a dump. After checking in I found my room uncleaned (at 4:00 pm). The microwave oven was broken, both TV's were unusable, the iron was broken, no dish soap in the kitchen, no privacy door hanger, etc. I reported these issues on Tuesday afternoon. I checked out of the hotel on Friday and none of the issues were ever addressed. Don't spend your money at this hotel. There are much better options where the management is better.

This hotel is in need of some TLC and more staff. This is still a Hilton and I shouldn’t have to walk past garbage and towels that we are instructed to put out in the hallway. It’s an obstacle course especially for people with limited mobility. The room was kind of clean when we checked in and a few things need repairs in the room. Also, some sound proofing between floors would be great bc we had at least three different groups above us and the all sounded like elephants. I never heard noise from the adjoining rooms.
The staff was all amazing, especially Alyssa at the front desk. The issues this hotel has is from not having enough staff to properly maintain and clean the hotel. I’d stay here again if I couldn’t find a better option but only because of the amazing staff.

Location was excellent, staff was wonderful . Loved having a kitchen that was very well stocked. The included breakfast had a lot of variety and tasty food.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked this hotel expecting the quality we’ve come to associate with Hilton, but this property fell far below those standards.
The room was filthy. There were broken floor tiles, stained floors, ripped carpet, and it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. There was water sitting in the bathtub. The lobby and hallways were also dirty, with visible stains throughout the property. On top of that, the hotel smelled strongly of marijuana in multiple areas.
The pool was just as bad. There was hair floating in the water along with trash, making it completely unusable for our family. We were traveling with our children and decided within just a few hours that this was not a place we felt comfortable staying, so we checked out.
Unfortunately, the front desk employee never processed our checkout, so we were charged as if we had remained at the hotel. To make matters worse, there was no manager on duty during Fourth of July weekend, so even Hilton Customer Care was unable to reach anyone to help us. We also couldn’t get in touch with the manager the following Monday.
When we finally spoke with the manager, the experience only became more frustrating. She clearly needs training. We showed her photos documenting the condition of our room, but she showed no concern or empathy for what we had experienced and even had an attitude. Regarding the strong marijuana smell throughout the hotel, she simply told us there was nothing she could do about it. Instead of trying to make things right, she insisted on charging us for part of the stay even though we had left just a few hours after checking in because of the hotel’s condition. We were ultimately charged for half a day.
The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, strong marijuana odor, and disappointing customer service made this a terrible experience. We expected much better from a Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families with children. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well-maintained place to stay, I would choose another hotel.
