Staff was kind. Breakfast was changed a little throughout the week. Thankful for a community restroom outside of the hotel room.
The ceiling fan was not able to be used for the amount of dust coming from each fan. The room temperature was warm at night so the air conditioner had to be set at 66. The sofa mattress needs to be replaced. Although it had a kitchen to cook, not enough counter space to do so. Usually there isn't enough hot water, there was very little cold water coming from any faucet. The pool needs a good cleaning. Not just skimming stuff off the water.

The pool was very dirty and cloudy. That being said we didn’t use it. They def need to touch up some paint in the rooms and deal with some mold in the bathroom
Stay away from this hotel. It used to be nice, now it is a dump. After checking in I found my room uncleaned (at 4:00 pm). The microwave oven was broken, both TV's were unusable, the iron was broken, no dish soap in the kitchen, no privacy door hanger, etc. I reported these issues on Tuesday afternoon. I checked out of the hotel on Friday and none of the issues were ever addressed. Don't spend your money at this hotel. There are much better options where the management is better.
This hotel is in need of some TLC and more staff. This is still a Hilton and I shouldn’t have to walk past garbage and towels that we are instructed to put out in the hallway. It’s an obstacle course especially for people with limited mobility. The room was kind of clean when we checked in and a few things need repairs in the room. Also, some sound proofing between floors would be great bc we had at least three different groups above us and the all sounded like elephants. I never heard noise from the adjoining rooms.
The staff was all amazing, especially Alyssa at the front desk. The issues this hotel has is from not having enough staff to properly maintain and clean the hotel. I’d stay here again if I couldn’t find a better option but only because of the amazing staff.

Room kitchen didn’t have cookware or utensils had to ask for them as well as dish soap and towel. Had to call front desk to get someone to fix bedroom tv would play channels and had to request a remote for it
