Sehr freundliches Personal!!! Der Pool am Dach mit Blick über die Straße is auch cool. Ein paar Schritte bis zum Strand. Riesen Zimmer!

Skvělý pobyt v Miami
Pros:

Pobyt v hotelu Prime jsme si moc užili. Hotel je na skvělém místě, je to kousek na pláž a v klidné časti. Pokoj byl krásný, prostorný, čistý. Bazén na střeše skvělý, teplý a k dispozici 24/7. Pokud se vrátíme do Miami tak určitě do tohoto hotelu.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – nur etwa 2 Minuten vom Strand und 5 Minuten zu den Bars entfernt, mit freundlichem Perso
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut Super. Ca. 2 min vom Strand entfernt und etwas abseits vom abendlichen Trubels des Ocean Drives gelegen (trotzdem nur 5 Min. Laufweg zu den Bars). Die Mitarbeiter waren alle höflich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Valet Parking kostet 50$ pro Tag, ist aber leider in Miami ein fast normaler Preis.
Der Rooftop Pool war eine super Abkühlung mit Ausblick auf den Atlantik und den Palmen zwischen Hotel und Meer. Kostenfreies mit Obst versetztes, kühles Wasser gab es auf dem Dach wie auch in der Lobby.
Alles war sehr sauber und das Eckzimmer mit Balkon war sehr groß und Komfortabel.
Bei unserer nächsten Miami Reise werden wir sicher wieder kommen.

Our tv didn't work but it didn't bother me at all overall stay was amazing great sleep cleaning ladies were great super clean everything great would definitely stay here again

Pros:

The staff held my bags because I arrived hours before check in from a flight. They let me change and gave me towels for the beach. I enjoyed a lovely time on the beach before they called and said my room was ready early. Great customer service.

absoutely will be back! this is gem hotel in such a cool area. we really enjoyed our stay as well as them accomodating the fact that my partner doesnt take elevators. they had to keep unlocking the stair welll without issue
