Outstanding Place and Service!
Pros:

Amazing and beyond! This place is a gem; delicious food from chef Abusir, the atmosphere is unbelievable, the view of the ocean is spectacular. And service can’t be any better, Alvaro and Edwin make you feel like you’re in heaven, everything is possible with this perfect team at “Las Rocas” thank you so much!!!

La arquitectura de las villas es hermosa, el paisaje maravilloso y el personal muy amable

Cons:

A pesar de pedir desde la mañana que pasaran a limpiar el cuarto lo dejaban así hasta las 3 de la tarde. Muy desagradable cuando nuestro plan era disfrutar la villa

El Spa ha bajado un poco su calidad, ya no cuentan con masajistas asiáticas y Le falta actitud a las chicas que dan el servicio

Great gem in Acapulco
Pros:

Great experience, great service and great food. A place to enjoy, relax and admire nature. This is a wonderful hotel at Acapulco, and definitively the best. You should go and enjoy the views and the whole experience.

Wonderful trip!
Pros:

Amazing! Beautiful. Quiet. Heated private pool. Staff very accommodating. Spa best ever! Balinese. Sandy, Africa and Luz great. Golf cart service fast and delightful! Axel practiced his English and we enjoyed! Steps somewhat difficult and they helped me every time! Even moved us to Villa with only one step! Limited dining but excellent food! Did day trip to Acapulco which staff arranged. Saw cliff divers. Views superb! Take some books and chill. The only problem we encountered was transfer from Aeromexico to American. As we were there not required hour prior to check in (didn’t know!)and there 50 minutes ahead. Car transfers by banyan tree to and from Acapulco airport excellent! Have already booked for next year!

Desayuno muy bueno, abundante. ubicacion excelente. muy bonitas vistas. lo recomiendo. es un lugar para relajarse y llenarse de energia para continuar trabajando y poder regresar.

la entrega de la habitacion demoro un poco, pero fuimos recompensados con tiempo para check out.
