The indoor pool facility was satisfactory, and the hotel maintained a good cleanliness.
The service provided by the staff, particularly at the reception, did not meet our expectations. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite basic and did not align with our preferences.
We also noted the presence of a construction site adjacent to the hotel, which generated significant noise. Furthermore, the room's lighting was somewhat dim.

Absolutely loved my stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional, making me feel right at home, special thanks to Anna (reception staff).The suite was spacious and luxurious, complete with a roomy balcony where I enjoyed relaxing evenings. The hotel's facilities are top-notch – I especially enjoyed the spa and the variety of pools. Plus, the location is perfect, with a short walk to the center. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A truly 5-star experience! i would no doubt visit again ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location with easy access to the Bay Area with restaurants. It is also close enough to the main strip of bars if you had wanted, but set back enough you didn’t feel like you were part of it. This was perfect in April as the main season had not started. The pool area was lovely despite having the building work. We had a large suite so had a double balcony with bedroom and living room space.
At the time of stay, there was a lot of building work opposite. This started around 7am so woke us up most mornings. Due to having a room with a large balcony I felt that due to the building work I could not use this.
