Prachtig hotel op een hele mooie locatie. Een aanrader!
Pros:

Heel mooi hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en fijne faciliteiten. Zwembad op het dak is erg prettig en Herman die elke dag aanwezig bij het ontbijt is een super vent zoals alle medewerkers die allemaal heel vriendelijk zijn. Locatie van het hotel is ook top.

Best hotel I have ever been to. The pools, the patios and the room. It is just so beautiful!!!
Breakfast was great, it was buffet. We explained the staff about my son's celiac disease and they gave him everything fresh from the back. He was very happy.

Ruhig und erholsam
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles in der Stadt zu Fuss erreichen.
Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, mit den Innenhöfen und dem Baustil.

Todo es perfecto, me encanto el lugar. Disfrutamos cada centímetro del hotel. Excelente ubicación, lejos de tabernas o lugares ruidosos.

Cons:

Todo me gusto mi calificación es un 10 sobre 10.

Solo una recomendación, tienen un arbol de mangos, les recomendamos por seguridad hse de ustedes y de los huespedes colocar una malla en la parte superior en donde puedan recogerse el fruto.

Lo que permitira evitar un riesgo potencial.

10/10 Best Hotel in Cartagena- Super Clean and Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff members are excellent people. Very attentive and super friendly. The location is spot on inside the city walls and close to best restaurants and bars in Cartagena. German is super courteous and took care of us . Will come back to this hotel just for his superv service and dedication. !!!

Nice base in Cartagena
Pros:

We really loved the hotel Bantu. The room was large, the hotel staff friendly and very helpful. They smiled like they genuinely liked working there. Nothing was too much trouble. They recommended some very good restaurants to us. We didn't have a bad meal the whole stay. And the location was perfect for sight seeing and going out in the evening to eat. But although the old town feels reasonably safe daytime or evening, be aware that outside the walled city, is another matter. It is very rough out there. We were disappointed with the hotel for organising a trip for us to Playa Blanca and Playa Tranquila, about an hour away by bus. These are very basic beaches lacking running water and any good standard of facilities and they are best avoided, although the people the hotel organised it through tried their best to give us a good experience in difficult conditions. Not up to the standard we would have expected of a hotel otherwise providing a very good standard of service, which the Bantu does. The swimming pools at the hotel are both small but OK for a dip in the evening in quite pleasant surroundings. We would use the hotel again if we came back. The breakfasts are basic but perfectly OK. They will make you a decent omelette. And the Colombian coffee there is very good. Good coffee makes or breaks my holiday! And ignore all the internet rubbish about being followed around constantly by hawkers and rappers. It is no worse than Greece. A polite "no thank you" and they leave you alone. We almost cancelled our holiday reading about that and we are so glad we did not. The hotel has a security gate into the building which is manned all the time and you never feel unsafe there or in its surroundings. Yes you can dress up nicely, wear some jewellery and carry a nice bag when you go out in the evening. Just don't flaunt it and you will be fine.

Strong value, outstanding service
Pros:

Hotel Bantu was well situated in the historic old city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The common areas were unique and picturesque. The breakfast food was tasty and made to order. Most impressive was the attentive, friendly and high touch service. We had a great stay including enjoyable and reasonably priced massages.

Lugar de ensueño en la bulliciosa Cartagena
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta y personal amabilísimo y súper atento, un gusto quedarse con gente tan amable. Desayuno riquísimo.

Cons:

Mucho ruido, es zona de fiesta y el hotel es muy céntrico en la zona turística. Además se escucha demasiado a los vecinos de habitación.
