The room is kept to a very high standard and consistently. I have been impressed by the high standards of the hotel and by the rooms cleanliness. It is supplied well and the staff are friendly and polite, the maid Rosni is an outstanding member of staff who is a great credit to your hotel.

Top notch, happy to be their customer...kindly keep all the necessary things before hand, other than that .....it was a good stay

The trip to Bangalore was so memorable even it makes our stay in this hotel truly enjoyable staffs were incredibly so helpful and friendly food was awesome and service outstanding by Mr Thapa from In room dining he is so gentle and proffessional taken a great care during our stay.

We had a wonderful group stay at Keys Select Hosur Road by Lemon Tree Hotel. The staff was warm, attentive, and very well-organized, making our entire experience smooth and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the common areas were perfect for group interactions. The food was delicious with a good variety, and special requests were handled efficiently. Overall, the hotel provided excellent hospitality and value for money, and we’d happily recommend Lemon Tree Hotel for group stays. Superb experience! atmosphere, cleanliness, room, service everything is great. I forgot my blazer in the hotel room only and totally lost all hope to get it back since I already reached to another city but the hotel management is so great....I called the hotel and they actually found it and helped me to deliever it to my city....I mean amazing how helpful and considerate hotel staff is......especially Rintu from hotel management who helped a lot and keep me updated on everything. Staff is extremely polite and helpful...it was an amazing experience.... truly appreciate their efforts. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Great hospitality I really enjoyed staying in this hotel rooms upto the mark it feels me as I'm in my home great experience besides these, food was so delicious and service team was excellent I personally like to thank Mr Thapa from in room dining for outstanding service he has a lot of capabilities to handle the guest even in busy hours if you are planning to visit Bangalore I would like to recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at Key Select Hotel by Lemon Tree. The food was absolutely amazing, and my room was so cozy and warm, making it the perfect place to relax. A huge thank you to the staff members Yatin, Shreya, and Husnara—they were incredibly friendly and made my stay truly special (see our photo attached!). I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to visit this hotel whenever they come to Bangalore. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very pleasant and clean. The food and staff facility are very polite and friendly with each other. With my experience is very good to stay in this hotel. The staff like husnara is so good.

I stayed in the Keys Hotel for more than a week and I can say that the stay was awesome. The customer service was excellent and all of the staff are easy to communicate and work with. Our driver that drops and picks us from our workplace is outstanding. He is very good and did a splendid job. Making sure that our trip was safe and sound. All the best Keys Hotel. Your front desk and other utility folks are all superb.

The hotel is so good and clean. The staff is so polite and helpful for everything like Milon Das and Pintu were so kind people in the hotel staff. The food so good and pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel for nearly 3 weeks in December 2025.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, hygienic and maintained well daily. The ride to the hotel from the airport takes around 1.5 hours.

The room service and house keeping did an excellent job maintaining the room on a daily basis, i especially want to commend housekeeper Milan Das for his thoroughness, service and dedication to the chores he performed. He made sure that i had extra water bottles, towels, collected the laundry etc. The housekeeping service made my stay more relaxing and convenient.

The hotel's cafe provides very good breakfast and the staff ensured that they met any special requests I had regarding dietary preferences.

The hotel has a functional gym, but one of the treadmills was not working and required constant maintenance.

One of the negatives was the noise level in the day time due to construction work being performed.
