Top Lage, sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück und praktische Extras wie ÖPNV-Karte und Parkplatz.
Pros:

Tolle Lage – direkt an der Markthalle und nur wenige Schritte von der Innenstadt entfernt. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir spontan noch einen Parkplatz dazubuchen konnten. Dennoch empfiehlt es sich, den Stellplatz im Voraus zu reservieren, da nur wenige Plätze verfügbar sind.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für nur 10 € absolut ausreichend und bot eine gute Auswahl.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die kostenlose Karte für die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die sogar für den Hop-on-Hop-off-Bus gültig war – ein echter Pluspunkt für die Erkundung der Stadt.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer ausreichend groß, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Basic ;)
Großer smart TV 👍🏼

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Besucher aus dem Nebenraum reden...nervig

Room felt clean and cozy.

Cons:

Staff imposed a €50 fee for my guest. I made an honest mistake and booked for 1 adult stay by accident. When we both went to check out, they imposed a €50 fee for my partner. I wasn't happy about the fee but I paid and left a google review about it. The owner reached out asking to have the review taken down but refused to offer a refund. I asked quite bluntly how the extra person affects real cost for the hotel to justify the €50 fee but he leaned on booking.com policy and an analogy about airline tickets that makes no sense when applying to hotel occupancy. This interaction with the owner was not pleasant. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the center of Innsbruck
Pros:

Great location, close to everything and easy to reach by car. Car park onsite or public car park nearby. Very friendly and competent staff. We didn't book breakfast but were able to just pay for breakfast in the morning and then help ourselves to the buffet. Lovely little selection, perfect for the morning. Spacious comfortable room with everything you would need for a few days in the city. Everything was clean and our beds were freshly made whilst we were out. Air con in the room which would come in very handy in summer. When the window is closed you can't hear much from the busy street outside. We would stay there again.
