Pros:

Sehr gut, sehr nette Personal, super Lage, Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, sehr gute Frühstück. Ich konnte sehr viel zu Fuß besichtigen, Tram Verbindung direkt vor der Tür und noch "Welcome Card" für Tram und Busse bekommen. Ich komme wieder!

Cons:

In einer Nacht die Lautstärke von dem Nachbarzimmer.

Preis Leistung war optimal, Lage super klasse. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber für 10€ durchaus in Ordnung!

Viihtyisä hotelli erinomaisella sijainnilla. Yhden hengen huone oli tilava ja siinä oli parveke kerrassaan upealla näköalalla. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä.

Cons:

- Check in Prozess für eine Gruppenreise äußerst kompliziert und langwierig weil jeder Ausweis einzeln eingetippt werden muss (egal ob online oder vor Ort)
- AGB werden nach Buchung für eine Gruppenreise angepasst und Stornierungsmöglichkeit zum Nachteil des Gastes eingeschränkt. Entgegen den zuvor abgeschlossenen Buchungsbedingungen über Booking.
- Kreditkarte wird 30 Tage vor Anreise ohne Info mit dem vollen Betrag belastet (vorgemerkt) und mit der Stornierung gedroht, wenn man die Zahlung nicht innerhalb kurzer Zeit freigibt. Auch dies entgegen den zuvor abgeschlossenen Buchungsbedingungen über Booking.
