Staff was very friendly and had very good english. The town of Ay was adorable and we wished we would've spent our whole time there instead of traveling to other towns. The room was spacious, had A/C, and a great bathtub/shower. Breakfast was lovely and visiting with the other guests was nice. Also, the 6pm daily champagne tasting on the terrace was a beautiful addition!

A really charming and a cozy property including the interior. The breakfast place was cute.
Since the property is old, the isolations are not of the latest version, you might hear sounds coming from the hallway and other rooms.
I came with my mom and she can only walk a couple of meters. I got a room with no elevator and a bath instead of a walk in shower. I asked if there was another option for us. The owner has given us another room no charge so my mom didn't have to walk the stairs. She was very nice to us.
It was a very nice place to stay for a good price.
