Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, puesto que hay mucha zona para aparcar, también para carga y descarga de maletas es muy cómodo. Es una zona muy amplia y agradable.
La atención de la persona encargada fue muy buena.

Cons:

Quizá eché algo más de equipamiento en la cocina y algo más limpio en zonas puntuales, pero sin ser dramático

No encontrar una persona en recepción.
No tenia pilas el mando de la tele y el grifo del baño perdía bastante agua, pero no encontramos a nadie para poder solucionar.
Pero he de decir que solo pasamos una noche.

Encontré alguna deficiencia en limpieza: cojines, mantel, sofá cama... Al estar tan céntrico por la noche resultó algo ruidoso.

Lo cerca que está de la playa ,el estudio muy bien equipado,hasta secador y plancha había,y muy limpio.

He hechado en falta ,un tendero o algo en la ventana para poner la ropa mojada ,en alguna ventana vi que si q había, y la mía no tenía,por lo demás genial.

La localización del complejo de apartamentos es espectacular. A pie de playa y cerca de estaciones de autobuses que te llevan al centro de la ciudad. También mencionar lo fácil que resulta encontrar aparcamiento en la zona.

Cons:

Generó inseguridad el proceso del check-in. Pese a que nos mandaron las instrucciones por correo, la puerta de acceso a los apartamentos estaba abierta. No había nadie en recepción y la llave del apartamento estaba pegada con cinta adhesiva en la puerta. Cualquier persona podría haber entrado.

La cafetera no funcionaba, necesita reforma el apartamento es muy antiguo. Cocina con muebles viejos, tiradores sucios, oxidados, no da buena impresión. Mueble del baño destartalado.
