Pros:

Appartement très bien situé,très propre,très bonne literie ,avec des volets roulants a chaque fenêtre,SDB pratique avec une grande douche

Proche de la plage,avec des bars restaurants a proximité,d une supérette très proche,des parkings disponibles tout proche

Cons:

Manque des ustensiles de cuisine,poêles très vétustes,absence d un grill pain,
L insonorisation des logements et les portes des logements qui claquent trop bruyamment surtout la nuit

La ubicación, justo frente la segunda playa del Sardinero

Cons:

Las camas horribles, se hundian. Hacía un calor tremendo pero no podías abrir la ventana porque daba a un patio interior y entraba el olor de la cocina del restaurante de abajo. Las paredes son de papel, se oye a los vecinos todo. La mampara baño le faltaba la puerta. Pésima relación precio/ calidad

Pues mira las camas estaban llenas de pelos que no eran de nosotros,las fundas de las almohadas estaban manchadas como si estuviera sucias, el cuarto de baño olia mal a tuberias sucias tampoco hay ascensor para subir las maletas

Ubicación muy buena servicio muy mejorable

La ubicación es fantástica por su proximidad a la playa y el apartamento tenía relativamente buenas vistas.
Era un 1° piso y daba a una calle con 4 carriles de coches.

Cons:

El apartamento tiene muy poco menaje. Por ejemplo: Falta una simple tostadora o unas tijeras. Sólo hay de menaje 1 cazo pequeño y una sarten pequeña para cocinar. No hay abrelatas o abridor de botellas.
Por supuesto nada de nada de condimentos como sal o azúcar o productos de limpieza como lavavajillas o fregasuelos....etc
La ducha es tremendamente incómoda y te ponen 2 rollos de papel higiénico malo de 1 capa para 3 personas para 3 días....tuvimos que comprar...
En 5 noches de estancia no vimos a nadie ni de día ni de noche para comentar esto....

Nos dejó más que satisfechos
Pros:

La ubicación, el fácil aparcamiento, la comodidad y el precio.

Cons:

No habría nada que reseñar en este aspecto si el menaje de la cocina mejorara con unos pocos euros. Estuvimos la mar de bien.

Чудове розташування, вікна нашого апартаменту виходили на пляж. До пляжу Сардинеро метрів 200 не більше. Поруч стадіон, супермаркети, дитячий майданчик. Дуже гарні нові зручні матраци та гарної якості постільна білизна. Свіжий стильний ремонт. Нова якісна сантехніка. Продуманий інтер'єр і дизайн, спальня окрема .2 телевізори, велика шафа. На кухні є мінімальний посуд та холодильник. Великий обідній стіл на 4 персони. Цікаві інтер'єрі рішення , багато цікавих картин. Приємно вражена співвідношенняям ціна/якість. Щиро рекомендую для родин чи пар які приїжджають на вікенд чи на більший термін
