Mitsis Selection Rinela

The À la carte restaurants were fully booked and could only attend once while we were there. The swimming pool are was all the time full. Cleaning of the room could have been better and the food in the buffet was ok but not 5 star quality. Also our mini private pool (could be used by 4 rooms) was full some days with several people so not sure they were guest of those rooms..

We got our room at 14:00 and it wasn't even close to our Family suite with personal courtyard.
We got a simple room with all the beds in the same room and we have to climb two floors to get there without an elevator.

Honestly nothing, we loved every aspect of this hotel

The resort felt like an active construction site. The pool was dirty with floating plastic bottles on arrival, a construction truck was parked outside our room with no clear removal date, and the air reeked of tar and burning materials throughout our stay. Our newly constructed room smelled heavily of paint, and we found improperly cut cables and debris left inside—particularly concerning with two young children, including a baby. Outside our door, staff stored enormous bags of dirty laundry and cleaning supplies.
The air conditioning was stuck on cooling mode for the entire stay, even when nighttime temperatures dropped to thirteen degrees—after five complaints, a technician finally admitted the entire building's system needed to be switched over to heating. The kids club kept children inside a convention center all week, even on sunny days when temperatures reached twenty-two degrees. The steak restaurant required a five-day wait to book, and when we finally got there the steaks were dry and the salads uninspired. Service across the hotel was slow, with waits of up to twenty minutes even for a simple coffee.

Essen am Buffet

- Tłumy ludzi. To naprawdę duży obiekt z bardzo dużą rotacją gości. Kolejki były na porządku dziennym.
- Hałas. Prosiłem o cichy pokój, a dostałem pokój nad imprezą. Pokoje na pierwszym piętrze w głównym budynku są mega głośne i nikt nas o tym nie uprzedził. Codziennie (!) od 21 do 23 panuje duży hałas, więc jeśli nie planujesz zabierać małego dziecka na imprezę do 23, usypianie i sen będą wyzwaniem.

Dwie rzeczy zupełnie nie działają w tym hotelu:
- System ręczników plażowych. Wielokrotnie nie mogliśmy doprosić się o dostarczenie ręczników. Recepcja kazała czekać na nie w pokoju, ale nie pojawiały się nawet przez godzinę! Ostatecznie okazało się, że można je odebrać samodzielnie w recepcji. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tym, żeby ręczniki plażowe były w hotelu tak "racjonowane".
- System rezerwacji do restauracji à la carte. Obiekt ma 4 restauracje à la carte. Recepcja każe rezerwować miejsca przez aplikację mobilną (a jedynie w razie niepowodzenia prosić w recepcji). Niestety pierwszego dnia pobytu nie mogłem zarezerwować niczego w większości restauracji (i to na 10 dni pobytu!). W "Steak House" dostępne były jedynie terminy na dwa ostatnie dni wyjazdu, i to dopiero po 20:45 (zbyt późno dla rodziny z małym dzieckiem). Podobnie było z lunchami: w wielu miejscach nie dało się samodzielnie zarezerwować terminu, a gdy później przychodziłeś do restauracji, sala świeciła pustkami. Recepcja w końcu zarezerwowała dla mnie kilka terminów, ale nie rozumiem, po co sugerować rezerwacje przez aplikację, skoro to nie działa.

Most of the staff were miserable and rude they didn’t know I was Greek and I understood what they were saying they also were cussing a lot in front of customers.
The food was alright but I kept comparing it to the other Mitsis I love which is WAY better
Also to comment on the bars and creperie, gyros and pizza place they were all mediocre to really bad unfortunately

Zimmer etwas klein (mit Baby).
Lange Wartezeiten bei Essen/Trinken am Pool + Strand.
Essen in Restaurants gut, allerdings größtenteils bereits ausgebucht.
