Комната очень старая даже не винтаж, муравьи повсюду ходят, полы мыли хлоркой а у меня аллергия! Не стоит брать все включено !
Pool was great and free towels great. The burgers at poolside were great value and really tasty. Spacious rooms with balcony. Bath in the room surprisingly big. Flavoured water at reception a nice touch.
Slippery floors around the pool. Although the free popcorn at poolside is a nice thought, it needs to be refreshed throughout the day, tasted like cardboard. Service was a little slow; some staff really friendly but not all, a few didn’t look very happy to be there.

Classic hotel with a good location, very clean. Excellent varied food. Friendly staff.
Also liked the music shows they had by the pool in the evenings.
Very poor internet, both in the room and in the lobby.
Not enough electrical sockets in the room. To charge your phone near the bed you need to unplug the bedside lamp.
The room also needs a drying rack.
Food was good, staff was kind and helpful
This hotel is in need of refurbishment and has significant maintenance issues. There was a constant unpleasant smell in both the bathroom and the room. The bathtub was cracked and painted over. The air-conditioning motor attached to the window was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest. In addition, there is very poor sound insulation, and you can hear almost all the noise from outside and from other rooms.
The swimming pool was visibly dirty. On the second day, we noticed a cockroach in the bathroom, and the cleaning staff came to spray the area. Overall, I was expecting a much better experience.
Location of the hotel was good and the staff was helpful. After we got sick (we had norovirus) they have sent plain food in the room because we were not able to eat much.
Furniture from the room was a bit smelly. There was a lot of noise in the mornings. Also normal food from the restaurant of the hotel was not so good. Me and my wife started to have stomach problems after the first 2 days (a doctor came to our room to see us and prescribe treatment) so part of the vacation was compromised.

The staff were incredibly nice, especially Zara at the restaurant, the pizza guy, and all the waiters. The cleaning ladies were also exceptionally kind. The reception staff, particularly those working the evening shifts, were wonderful as well.
