A fantastic family resort with a beautiful beach, wonderful staff and everything you need for a relaxing Rhodes holiday.
Pros:

We had a fantastic family stay at Mitsis Faliraki. The location is excellent, with a beautiful beach directly in front of the hotel and great pools and facilities. What really stood out was the staff — genuinely friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, our children had a wonderful time, and there was always something to do. The food was varied and plentiful, and we especially enjoyed having several restaurant options rather than just the main buffet. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed, lively and very enjoyable. We would happily return.

Cons:

There was very little we didn’t like. Some areas of the hotel and rooms could perhaps benefit from a little modernization, and at busy times the restaurants and pool/beach areas can get crowded. However, these were relatively minor points and did not take away from what was a very enjoyable stay.

Mindenki kedves volt. Az all inclusive ellátásban minden benne van, koktélok, üdítők, a szobai minibár, 0-24-es étkezési lehetőség. Kiváló kiszolgálás.

A medence vize kicsit hideg volt, de még lehetett szokni.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand.

Das Personal ist super höflich und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich völlig in Ordnung.

Very friendly & supportive staff, good location, quite clean rooms, great beach area. Truly customer-focused approach of the staff - they solved many issues in a timely manner.

Cons:

Relatively old facilities, not the cleanest restaurant; same dishes all the time. No complementary transfer from the airport and back. On some days there was very loud music during a day time from the Club 8 behind the hotel (sometimes even unbearable, had to go outside of the room to distant areas of the hotel)

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel! This was our second year staying here, and we loved everything. The staff everywhere are amazing and incredibly helpful. The addition of the new gym is a great bonus!

Cons:

Areas for improvement:
​- Smoking is currently permitted in public areas where other guests and children are present. It would be much better to designate specific smoking zones.
​-The evening entertainment programs felt a bit weak and could be more engaging and varied.
