Hôtel de tourisme de masse sans chaleur.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la qualité du service. Le personnel dans son ensemble est attentif, sympathique et professionnel.
Les bars de l'hôtel offrent un large éventail de boisson même si les cocktails sont trop sucrés. Les espaces de repos sur la plage et vers les piscines permettent de trouver facilement une place.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas aimé le gigantisme de l'établissement qui avec plus de 300 chambres peut accueillir plus de 600 clients. Nous n'avions pas vu cela lors de la réservation. Ainsi sur la plage équipées de transats, la mer est masquée par une forêt de parasols. Ce gigantisme se ressent aussi au restaurant et au salon intérieur qui font plus halls de gare que espaces de détente.
La restauration est moyenne.
Enfin, notre chambre donnait sur le local poubelle et les blocs de climatisation. Autant dire qu'il était difficile de profiter du balcon.

Pros:

Sehr nette und freundliche Personal . Lager ist super , Strand ist sauber .

Cons:

Zu viele Menschen am Buffet und Zimmer ist bisschen klein für 2 Erwachsene mit Kind. Pool ist eher kalt in November.

Jederzeit gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir konnten jeden Tag in einem Themenrestaurant essen. Es hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und der Service war hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Christos, den Maître in den Themenrestaurants sowie Daniela, die beim Asiaten arbeitet. Beide sind extrem aufmerksam, übersehen nichts und gegen einem das Gefühl besonders willkommen zu sein. Nevila im Hauptrestaurant ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Ihre freundliche, warme Art macht das Essen dort noch viel besser.
Wir sind mit Kindern verreist. Im Miniclub kümmert man sich liebevoll um die Kleinen sodass nie Langeweile aufkommt. Da auch viele andere Familien vor Ort sind, finden die Kinder leicht Anschluss.

Cons:

Die Aussicht im Zimmer (Familienzimmer) richtet sich auf einen gegenüber liegenden ebenfalls zum Hotel gehörenden Baukomplex. Vom Balkon aus, kann man beobachten, was die anderen Gäste gerade machen, wenn sie die Vorhänge nicht zugezogen haben.

We will be back!
Pros:

This hotel in amazing! It was our second time there. The food in restaurants ala carte was delicious. The hotel is clean and the stuff is amazing and helpful

Cons:

The only minus was cold water in pool :( we had to pay for heated pool in Club 8 because water
in regular pool was too cold..

Pros:

The Hotel really went the extra mile to provide for their guests. Despite the size and the volume of people, the staff always ensured that you were never left waiting. Every day the hotel would brings little gifts to the room as a token gesture and you could tell that the hotel were really proud of their reputation and wanted to maintain it. No shortcuts were taken with anything in my view, even the entertainment laid on was of a high quality.

Cons:

I wish there was more advertisement of the hotel facilities at the point of check-in, even on day 3 (last day of our stay), I was discovering new facilities which I wasn't even aware of (modern gym/padel courts etc).

Pros:

צוות נפלא ומסביר פנים שנותן שירות אישי ברמה הגבוהה ביותר. בזמן הארוחות המלצרים שמים לב לכל דבר, מפנים כל צלחת, מוזגים שתייה לכוסות-ממש שירות 5 כוכבים. אוכל טעים ומגוון, בכל יום יש שינוי בתפריט וספיישלים, מבחר ענק כולל בופה קינוחים עשיר בכל ארוחה. חדר כושר ברמה הגבוהה ביותר-נקי, חדש, גדול ומאובזר. מתקני משחק לילדים. חדרי משפחה בגודל טוב, נקיון מעולה.

Cons:

מספקים רק מפתח אחד לחדר, מה שהתגלה כבעייתי בפעם ששכחנו אותו בתוך החדר, וגם באופן כללי פחות נחמד להיות תלויים במפתח אחד. חדר המשפחה צמוד למועדון בריאות שעובד בשת"פ מסוים עם המלון, המוזיקה נשמעת היטב בחדרים בזמן מנוחת הצהריים ובאחד הלילות היה שם אירוע עם מוזיקה רועשת עד חצות-היה די מתסכל. אפשר לדאוג לבידוד רעש יותר טוב. זרם המים בדוש של חדרי המשפחה (יש גם אמבטיה) די חלש וקשה לאזן אותו לטמפרטורה נוחה.

Nettes Hotel, aber keine 5 Sterne
Pros:

Sehr höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Meine Tochter benötigte einen Arzt, es wurde perfekt geregelt und auch am nächsten Tag erkundigte man sich nach ihrem Befinden.
Der neue Fitnessbereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen!

Cons:

Der Speisesaal wirkte Kantinenmäßig, unpersönlich, oft nur kalte oder lauwarme Speisen und sehr laut. Hier war das Personal oft überfordert.
In den zusätzlichen kleinen Restaurants gab es sehr leckeres Essen und dort war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und nett.
Die Badezimmer sollte man renovieren und auch die Einrichtung in den Zimmern erneuern.

We had a pleasant stay and were especially impressed by the outstanding service — the staff were always friendly and helpful.

🍦 Food & Drinks:
There’s plenty available throughout the day — drinks, ice cream, crepes, and desserts are offered generously. However, the main dining room food was rather basic and could use some improvement.

🏖️ Beach:
The beach right next to the hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, perfect for families.

👶 Family Experience:
Since we were traveling with young children, the evening entertainment was a bit too loud and made it difficult for them to fall asleep.
Additionally, the bunk bed in our room didn’t feel very safe — the upper guardrail was not sufficient.
