Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel, where you get everything you need! Nice room, pool inside and outside, a natural pond, wellness treatments, minizoo, beautiful playground inside and outside, parking. We especially enjoyed the little separation between the bed and the couch area (great detail for parents of small children) and the balcony with an amazing view in our room. Everything is very detail oriented when it comes to families, you can borrow almost everything you need - from swimming equipment to babyphone. You can choose from various seating options based on the age of the child.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the hotel - if this fits your expectation and budget.

Cons:

The price is a lot (but it really has a lot to offer). There were some parts in the bathroom, that weren't super clean. It's a bit of a maze - you need a minute to figure out how to get around.
Unfortunately, the first day after a hike and a big lunch we didn't want to go all in with a big 6 course dinner and were left with virtually no other option. The is no room service or a quuck sandwich on a bar or anything. So either you pay a lot of money for a huge dinner or you run to the city, where you're left with a very few choices.
The staff - some of them were super nice, helpful and professional, some.. not so much.

Pros:

We stayed in one of the chalets which are spacious and new. There is so much to do in the area so plenty to keep the kids busy. Highly recommend Gleinkersee lake. There are also lots of local walks and mountain bike tracks. The hotel is best for families with under 10s.

Cons:

The beautiful chalet has no air conditioning so sleep was hot and sweaty and fans were not available. Some of the facilities need updating, like the teen room which is a bit tired.

Sauber, schön, gut und eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Essen war ausgezeichnet. Zimmer schön und sauber.

Cons:

Gebäude sehr verwinkelt und Orientierung anfangs schwierig. Beschriftungen und Wegweiser sind zwar vorhanden, aber für die wesentlichen Bereiche könnten diese noch hervorgehoben und verbessert werden.

Pros:

I loved everything - facilities, breakfast, staff. This was our first stay in a family oriented hotel, since our baby is only 10 months old. I was surprised how much this hotel cares about babies. Huuuuuge play area with toys for small kids as well. Amazing pools for babies. Outdoor play area with animals.
And the breakfast - exquisite. Choices for gluten free and vegan as well
