Organizzazione, servizi, cibo, accoglienza e cortesia sono stati ottimi.

Cons:

Materassi e cuscineria potrebbero essere di maggiore qualità per il livello di un Resort che nel resto dei servizi é stato veramente molto molto positivo…Ma il riposo notturno é fondamentale!!

Trosku chaotické značení.. Hotel je obrovsky a trvalo nejakou dobu, než se nám povedlo se zorientovat..

Frühstück war Top, so viel Auswahl hatte ich noch nie 👌🏼
Nächstes Mal buchen wir auf jeden Fall mit Mittag-/Abendessen.
Ausstattung war auch super, Personal super, ganze 10 von 10 Punkten 😁

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal
Babybett wurde nach drei mal nachfragen um 21:30!!! Gebracht (obwohl bereits beim Check in angegeben)
Zimmer war eiskalt (wurde nach mehrfachem Nachfragen am Abend endlich geheizt)
Essen war wirklich nicht gut (hauptspeisen waren extrem versalzen, Steak war steinhart)

Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend und für den Preis eine Frechheit

A nice treat of a stay
Pros:

Lots of things to do, nice spa area with plenty of relaxation rooms. Not crowded at all. Great food. Beautiful views, especially from the adults only infinitely pool.

Cons:

It took us a while to get orientated. The hotel is spread out over three buildings. Better signing would be great.
Our dining table was very far away from the buffet, but after requesting a closer one we were accommodated right away.
The pool and fussball tables in the hallway are great, but are already very beaten up to the point that they almost can’t be used anymore.

Das Zimmer war Sauber, man hat nichts gehört und das Personal war sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Mittagsbuffet hatte echt paar Sachen die wirklich nicht so Gut waren.
