Nice spaces and plenty of room. Very clean and tidy, bit dated but ok.
Great rooms, wonderful outlook, excellent location, delicious breakfast buffet.
Thay windows didn't open.
The staff are your biggest asset especially the man running the restaurant front of house !!!!!
nothing
Location, good breakfast, comfortable bed
Nothing. All was good
Buffet seemed a lot less than had been in the past visits
I didn’t like large group of guests packing there bags in the hallway right outside my room which woke up when I was hopping to have a sleep in
Comfy bed, clean room.
Gym needs upgrading.
Noisy conference next to ours.
Very comfy room. Quality, cloud like beds, quiet room, large complex, arrived late so did not get time to enjoy the facilities which looked inviting.
Only 2 gluten free options, but chef did try to accommodate.
The rooms and the staff were fantastic
I have zero complaints
Great spacious room and nice place overall. Clean and quiet. Comfortable and close to Sylvia Park which made for a nice walk and dinner. Great location and conference facilities.
Maybe a little more attention to detail in terms of replacing the extra toilet roll so there is always one spare there. After room clean felt odd that though clean things were where on the benches and things where they were left dirty rather than a total reset where cups and things get put back in the cupboard after cleaning etc, iron put away. Also kinda missed the minibar and snacks for the room for light snacks rather than the downstairs vending machine only. As a deposit is taken at checkin it seems a snack basket with crisps, cookies, maybe a few soft drinks in the room for convenience might not be a big risk for corporate guests. Even just the option of it when you book.
The rooms and the staff were fantastic
I have no complaints
Breakfast very good, nice outlook over lake
Quite tired
It's situated in a great spot, with very friendly staff.
The room itself was lovely too.
The toilet buttons fell off the wall, the way the shower was meant that water came into the main sleeping space and wet the carpet, I think the glass wasn't sealed properly that separated the shower and the sleeping space .
The breakfast was excellent. Everything was great it was included in our booking and definitely worth it, and we had a birthday lunch as well all at the on-site restaurant and bar.
Our beds were very comfortable.
There is plenty of parking and a great walking trail around the Panmure basin..Close to Sylvia Park shopping center very easy to get to.
The pool, spa, and gym are ok.
Unfortunately, I could see rubbish under the bed from previous guests when I sat down at the desk, which was a very disappointing part of our 2 night stay.
The rest of the room was very clean.
The vending machine was working properly, so maybe grab your water and snacks when you're out and about.
We had to phone for towels and milk as they don't do a complete restock when you stay for more than 1 night.
Location was great.
The lighting in room wasn't working well in all areas, alot dimmer then I expected. It wasn't specified on booking that the views would be of the carpark and not the lagoon.
