Pros:

Die lage und aussicht auf den kanal war gut

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas dreckig und auf den Handtüchern waren undefinierbare Flecken. Lich funktionierte nur halbwegs und die elektrischen Geräte wie telefon und Fernseher waren nicht angesteckt und hatte auch kein kabel um es mit Strom zu verbinden. Generell war es sehr hellhörig im Hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and safe area
Pros:

The walls need a good lick of paint to freshen the place up as it’s very grubby (small double canal room) but location & staff are excellent! Comfy beds and great AC - when you’re on a city break like this you hardly spend any time in room and hotel is in safe area right on the canal. 2nd time staying and will be back in September :)

Una experiencia realmente pésima. El hotel no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con las fotos publicadas en Booking. Las habitaciones estaban en muy mal estado, con un fuerte olor desagradable, sábanas manchadas y rotas, muebles deteriorados y una limpieza simplemente asquerosa. Las camas eran insoportables: prácticamente no tenían colchón, era como dormir sobre una tabla, haciendo imposible descansar.

Lo peor es que, al llegar, convencieron a mis papás de pagar un monto adicional para "mejorar la habitación", pero la supuesta habitación superior era igual de mala. Fue dinero perdido por un servicio inexistente.

La falta de higiene era evidente en todo el lugar. Incluso encontramos un calcetín tirado en el lobby, lo que refleja el nivel de descuido del hotel. Todo se veía sucio, viejo y completamente abandonado.

Cuando reclamamos, el personal no ofreció ninguna solución. No hubo devolución, compensación ni el más mínimo interés por hacerse cargo del problema. Simplemente ignoraron nuestros reclamos.

Es una publicidad completamente engañosa. Las fotos no representan la realidad y la calidad del alojamiento está muy por debajo de lo que prometen. Sin duda, una de las peores experiencias que hemos tenido. No lo recomendaría bajo ninguna circunstancia.
