The rooms themselves could do with some updating… scuffs & marks on the walls give the place a little ‘unkept’ feel. The noise from the street can also mean you wake up through the night as there’s no sound proofing to the windows.

De hygiëne. Er was heel veel stof en lagen veel haren. De kamer was ook niet netjes afgewerkt! De vloer kraakte ontzettend, de muren waren vies. Schimmel op de kozijnen. De kamer rook ook apart. Het was niet prettig!

Parking voiture sur Booking et au téléphone il dit qu'il y a un parking que l'on peut réserver mais il n'y en a pas, la télé marche pas et pas de télécommande

Rooms are very run down, paint chipping and wallpaper peeling. WiFi in basement rooms was non existent as was phone signal from being downstairs. Tv bracket was hanging off the wall due to missing screws with tv still attached and unfortunately tv was hanging over bed so didn’t feel safe. TV’s have also never worked any time we have been there. Lamps on walls didn’t work so had to use main light which was directly over the head of the bed so wasn’t comfortable to relax due to it being so bright. Bathroom is too small for a shower room so water was all over the floor of the bathroom any time we showered. Door didn’t work correctly so took a lot of fiddling about with to get it locked, we actually went out for a full day with no idea it hadn’t locked behind us and had to get staff to show us the trick to getting it to lock.

Struttura vecchia, tenuta malissimo. Molto sporca. La stanza piccola con affaccio su canale aveva i muri completamente ammalorati, assenza di ogni amenità, nessun sapone per mani, un solo asciugamano oltre ai teli per la doccia.
Tende e scuri insalubri e pericolosi per la salute, come i termosifoni. Finestra pericolante, col vento sbatte tutta notte.
Muri sottili non garantiscono silenzio di notte.
Le porte delle stanze anche quelle ammalorate.
La doccia non è funzionale, perde acqua e allaga il bagno. Lavandino sottodimensionato.
Il personale fa il possibile, cordiale e disponibile. Ho chiesto asciugamani in più e mi sono stati dati 3 teli letteralmente ripieni di capelli. Poi fatti cambiare, ma davvero condizioni igieniche inaccettabili.
Prezzo fuori di testa, non tornerei nemmeno gratis.

Interni delle stanze limitatissimi

Die Nachfüllung der Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee (Reserve Packungen waren aufgebraucht) war bis zu unserer Abreise in 2 Tagen nicht erledigt. Für Nachschub ist das Management des Hauses und nicht das Personal vor Ort zuständig.
Die Reaktion auf ein Problem durch das Management (der Safe konnte nicht wieder geöffnet werden, da die Batterie im Safe leer war). Trotz des Bemühens des Personals vor Ort dauerte die Lösung des Problems gut 2 Tage, da nur das Management die Veranlassungen (Beauftragung externe Fa.) organisieren konnte.

I chose this hotel mainly because it was shown as having private parking, but when I arrived the hotel had no parking at all. I had to park far away and pay 30 euros for one day. This was very disappointing. The facilities were also very poor – the TV was not working and there was no hand soap in the bathroom.
