Absolutely wonderful establishment
Pros:

Everything about my stay was exception. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling for each day ahead. The location was very convenient - easy to walk around Reykjavik, and bus stop #9 was just two blocks away to catch the tour buses. Highly recommend!

Hotel boutique dove il cliente si sente accolto e coccolato fin dal primo momento. Gli ambienti, ricercati nell' arredo e molto puliti, creano un' atmosfera gradevole e curata. La colazione offre prodotti locali di alta qualità e molto nutrienti. L'albergo è collocato in centro, vicino alle principali attrazioni e alla zona pedonale, con ristoranti e supermercati a due passi.

The location is close to all the great shopping but not in the middle of the noise. It is perfect. There is street construction happening right now, but I can see when it is all done it will be amazing.

Cons:

The construction fencing will be gone when the construction is done. It was very quiet, so that was not a problem.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, de hjälpte till med tips och lite uttal på isländska.
Det var lugnt och skönt på hotellet. Ett avkopplande boende i gammaldags stil.

Great value and an ideal base to explore the city.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, especially in a city where food is very expensive.
The location was good on the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants
The two guys who own the hotel were friendly and informative.

Cons:

Roadworks nearby but that couldn’t be helped.

This Hotel is a great find. Location, Location, Location! The Hosts are fantastic and kind!
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! More than enough and a variety. The Host gave great recommendations for sights and restaurants. It was the cleanest place I have ever stayed, and we felt spoiled the whole time we were there!

Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Beds, bathroom, size of room were excellent.

There was no lift, but the staff carried the bags up.

Didn't stay due to intensely unhelpful interaction with the hotel host.

We cancelled our stay after an unfortunate interaction with the hotel host.

Cons:

Due to construction around the hotel, we called the hotel host to get help and the host was very unhelpful. Upon arriving, I found the host unaccommodating (I'm sure he found me frustrating). The owner allowed me to cancel the reservation which was unfortunate because we were left without a good plan for our stay in Reykjavik and we really were looking forward to staying in this beautiful hotel.
