ICH MAG KEINE SELF-CHECK-INS

Zimmergröße wie angekündigt.

Leider wurde nicht deutlich angegeben, dass es hier kein Personal gibt und dass alles mit Hin- und Herschreiberei via WhatsApps und Mails funktioniert, ein Mal in Englisch, dann wieder auf Deutsch. Ich mag generell keine unbesetzten Hotel-desks, da ich auch hier schon längst beim Hotel angekommen war und dann erst später die unzähligen Mails und WhatsApps ankamen für den Zugang ins Zimmer, etc. Als ich beim Ankunft 3 Mal unter die angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen hatte, wurde alle Male das Telefon nie abgehoben: ÄRGERLICH! (Ich musste draußen im Regen warten!) Auch gab es keinen zu reservierenden Parkplatz mehr und ich musste auf einen teuren Parkplatz ausweichen. (Andere Gäste hatten ihre Autos einfach unerlaubterweise wild-geparkt). Außerdem sollte ich Orts-Taxe bezahlen und in Bar in ein Kuvert im Zimmer zurücklassen, habe dafür aber keine Rechnung angetroffen. Auf meine Anfrage dafür im WhatsApp habe ich bisher noch keine Respons erhalten.

Pros:

The single room I got was perfect for a solo traveller, the location was just around the corner from the bus and train station and super close to the main centre. The facility’s were great the lounge/kitchen area was super handy to have as well

Prachtig appartement
Pros:

Het hele appartement is geweldig, het is mooi groot en super compleet.

Cons:

De douche is een ramp, veel te klein en dus zeer oncomfortabel. Haal het bad eruit en maak er een inloop douche van dan is het perfect.
