Very old hotel needs urgent refurbishment

Cons:

It says 4 stars luxury and that is not in any way near to 4 star luxury hotel. Very old, no breakfast at the hotel, TV channels crap, no coffee or tea in the room. I could be here all day, bottom line i don’t recommend.

Bel hôtel tout proche du centre de Prague. Accueil chaleureux et attentif. Chambre spacieuse, très propre. Parking sur place. Bon rapport qualité/prix (sauf pour le parking).

Hotel que parecia de 3 ou 2 estrelas

Limpeza, condições do quarto parecia de um hotel de 3 estrelas, com alcatifa velha cheia de pó, a localização podia ser melhor, não tinha ar condicionado e entrava muita luz na janela não se conseguia dormir, os elevadores eram lentos.

Clean and suitable for an evening.
Pros:

The property was in a good location and walking distance from the town square. The hotel appeared dated but very clean. A comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants near by.

Cons:

The room was a lot smaller than what we had pictured when seeing photos on booking.com
Having two large suitcases in the room took up most of the floor space. The room had a very ugly view from the window. Having to climb into a bathtub to take a shower was a little dangerous and extremely slippery. No non slip mat was in the bottom of the bath so be careful. Anyone with mobility issues I would not recommend.

Die gute Lage zum Zentrum

Cons:

Laut Buchungsbeschreibung war ein Stadtblick angegeben. Tatsächlich hatten wir lediglich einen Blick auf einen Hinterhof.
* Die Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt stark abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig.
* In den Betten befanden sich Haare, die vermutlich vom vorherigen Gast stammten.
* Der Seifenspender war verschmutzt und leer.
* Die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt; eines ließ sich zudem nicht ordnungsgemäß schließen.
* Der Duschvorhang fiel wiederholt von der Halterung ab.
* Das Holzbett war mit zahlreichen Flecken versehen.
* Das gesamte Zimmer war deutlich eingestaubt.

Localização muito central

Cons:

Quarto e wc muito antigo. Ambiente muito quente (estava fresco na rua e o quarto com uns 40 graus), apenas com uma ventoinha. Duche com pouca pressão e não dava para regular bem a temperatura (movia-se um milimetro e a água passava de gelada a escaldar). Mesmo com o do not disturb na porta, ligaram para o quarto para perguntar quando podiam fazer a limpeza... O sinal não serviu de nada

Pros:

Natalie and the other lady on the reception desk were so very pleasant and helpful a credit to the hotel we asked if we could have a kettle prior to arrival and it was in the room with cups and spoons as we love having a cuppa before we go out plus a good night sleep as mattress very comfy
