Nice, well-located hotel opposite the beach.
Pros:

Well located hotel opposite the beach. Hotel was nice, clean and had a great breakfast offering.

The staff were also very good, both the bellboy and man at reception were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Visited the hotel together with family, very good location, close to the beach and supermarkets. Tasty, good quality food and great service.

Wonderful Experience Again !!
Pros:

We love this place (Its our 3rd stay at Kriti Beach , have also stayed at Kyma Beach earlier in Spring 2025).
Its all very simple, Hotels very comfy ,food is good ,close to beach and old town.
Best bit is the staff .They are a lovely bunch of people and great fun .We would like to think they are all becoming our friends ,it certainly feels that way .
We would certainly recommend staying at either Hotel .

Margaret and I will certainly be returning in 2026 !!

Hôtel confortable, proche du centre de Rethymnon, personnel très professionnel, super petit-déjeuner
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'amabilité, la serviabilité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, aux petits soins pour faire plaisir aux clients. En particulier, nous tenons à remercier Michalis, à la réception, pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ; grâce à sa maîtrise parfaite de la langue française, il a pu répondre à toutes nos questions et nous avons aussi apprécié de bavarder avec lui lorsqu'il n'était pas occupé. Merci aussi à Chrissa et Magda (spécialiste du freddo cappuccino) pour leur accueil au restaurant et leur professionnalisme.
Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, varié, avec des produits frais, sans oublier les délicieuses omelettes faites sur demande.
Situation géographique idéale : on peut se rendre en 10 mn à pied au centre de Rethymnon.
Plage de sable située de l'autre côté de la rue avec transats et parasols gratuits à partir de la 4ème rangée et wi-fi.
La masseuse du spa. Le parking (à réserver absolument) car il dispose d'un nombre réduit de places.
Un hôtel où l'on se sent bien et choyé par le personnel que nous ne pouvons que recommander.
Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

Cons:

La piscine un peu petite.
L'absence de climatisation dans les ascenseurs et les couloirs accédant aux chambres.
L'absence de crochets ou de barres pour suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bains que nous avons donc suspendues sur le sèche-linge (les barres) de la terrasse.
Sinon, tout était parfait.

Goed quality hotel.
Pros:

This hotel seems to be oriented to a more adult clientèle. It is not a party hotel. We visited with a family with two teens. (Our daughter especially liked our friendly waitress Joanna.) The family room offers a excellent option to have seperate bedrooms. Our room even offered both rooms their own balcony. If you close the windows the sound from the street is very manageable. (The airconditioning works quietly.) Expect friendly and professional staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, en a very nice buffet restaurant. They do have a à la carte, but with the selection changing every night the buffet was excellent enough we did not need anything else. The pool is a tad small, but with free beach beds across the road, it doesn't matter. (They do require you order at least one drink. But that can also be a bottle of water.) If available, the hotel parking is very cheap. But do require you to be able to handle a car in narrow spaces. (But if you rent a car in Crete you will have to be able to do that anyway.) I would very much recommend the hotel.
