Di un 5 stelle ha solo la colazione. La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro storico e sul lungomare, ma l'unico modo comodo per raggiungerlo è con il taxi perché davanti c'è una corsia riservata a loro dove ne parcheggiano costantemente una decina. Il problema di chi arriva con un'auto è che non ci si può fermare per scaricare i bagagli perché si blocca il traffico e l'unico parcheggio possibile è quelli pubblico di Marina sempre pieno e distante circa 300 metri, non comodi da fare con valigie pesanti; nella parte a pagamento qualcosa a volte si trova, ma non è custodito e per circa 17 ore di parcheggio ho pagato 13 euro. La stanza era piccola così come il bagno, con la porta di vetro che non chiudeva completamente e quindi assolutamente senza privacy. Stanza non molto insonorizzata che dava sulla piscina, ma con la strada molto frequentata e rumorosa a distanza di una quindicina di metri; sì sentivano anche gli scarichi dell'acqua di quelli sopra di noi. Un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente a mio parere la qualifica da 5 stelle appare eccessiva. Eccessiva la richiesta indicata sulla lettera di informazioni sull'albergo ricevuta al check-in di fare colazione con abbigliamento adeguato (no pantaloncini corti).

Pros:

Séjour de 4 nuits en DP. Excellent emplacement, au pied de la vieille ville et de la plage et au calme. Buffet du pdj et du dîner parfait. Le personnel du restaurant est trop sympa. La piscine est petite,mais existante. Le grand plus ceux sont les vélos mis à disposition gratuitement par l'hôtel. 15 à 20 minutes à pieds du terminal de bus mais le chemin est très agréable et traverse la vielle ville.

It was very central and close to the charming old town. The sun bed on the beach were almost free but for just buying one drink and had very comfortable mattresses. The particular sets of sun beds were serviced by staff for food or drinks.

Cons:

It was five minute walk to the beach. The hotel pool was tiny and in the shade mostly.

Hors de prix pour la faible qualité. Pas de parking, il faut donc payer un autre hôtel pour se garer. Se présente comme un 5 étoiles mais au mieux un 3 étoiles. Chambre très bruyante et on en tend bien les voisins. Piscine ridicule. Personnel inutile à l’accueil qui vous demande de remplir par vous même un questionnaire sur leur iPad alors qu’ils ont toutes vos infos.Enfin, c’est hors de prix. À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT..

Am ales acest hotel de 5 stele datorită amplasării sale în portul din Rethymno și pot spune că priveliștea din camera cu vedere la mare a fost absolut minunată – un punct forte incontestabil.

Cons:

Din păcate, în ceea ce privește facilitățile și serviciile, experiența nu s-a ridicat la nivelul unui hotel de 5 stele. Am avut demipensiune, însă atât la micul dejun cât și la cină varietatea a fost redusă, iar calitatea preparatelor dezamăgitoare. La cină nu se oferea nicio băutură inclusă, nici măcar apă – totul trebuia plătit separat. În plus, deși programul oficial era până la ora 22:00, încă de pe la 21:00 personalul începea să strângă mâncarea, creând impresia că trebuie să părăsești sala.
Per total, locația și priveliștea sunt de vis, însă serviciile și partea culinară nu justifică categoria de 5 stele.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ φιλικό. Από την ρεσεψιόν ήδη είχαμε μια θερμή υποδοχή, που συνεχίστηκε όλες τις μέρες από τους εργαζόμενους στην καθαριότητα και από τα παιδιά του πρωινού και της καφετέριας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι αντάξιο των αστεριών του!

Najvačšie mínus by som dala za stravu, výbor bol síce pestrý, ale po pár dňoch človek akosi nevedel čo si dať

Bon emplacement ( entre ville et plage). Bons equipements ( plage, piscine, gym) et bon petit-déjeuner. Belle vue du balcon.

Cons:

Chambre très petite( salle de bain minuscule-type hôtel low cost) indigne d’un 5 étoiles. Service de chambre exécrable ( femmes de chambre entrent dans la chambre sans frapper et se moquent de vous), accueil peu aimable et non attentionné . Hôtel d’un niveau juste 3 étoiles…
