We hadden 2 eenpersoons bedden ipv 1 2persoons bed. Maar was geen probleem verder....

Great location close to the museums and lots of restaurant choices but DREADFUL accommodation.

To be honest. Everything NEEDED to be better.

The staff were cold and confrontational, and the property was filthy and in serious need of refurbishment.

The photos do NOT represent this property, either on this website or their website. We were charged an extra 300 euros to change rooms, as our original room was completely unacceptable. Second room not much better but at least a tad more hygienic, with only a few pubic hairs in the toilet and blood or faeces stains on the curtains, opposed to stains all over the carpets and beds, and a faulty toilet lock. The breakfast was minimal for the additional cost, and the uncovered food and lack of facilities were unacceptable. We were a family paying for two rooms, and it was the worst first impression of Amsterdam.

Happy to pay a breakages deposit, but I honestly don't know what on earth we could have done in that room to make it worse!

Amsterdam itself was fantastic, but our accommodation was utterly dreadful!

Pros:

L’emplacement

Cons:

La chambre était sale. 4 étages à monter avec des escaliers extrêmement dangereux. Chambre toute petite sous combles et bien sûr, pas isolé.
Ils nous demandaient un supplément de 260€ pour changer de chambre en plus de ce qu’on avait déjà payé !!!!

A homely hotel in a quiet but convenient location.
Pros:

Helpful staff, clean warm room, wide choice of breakfast dishes, excellent location, easy to get to from Amsterdam Centraal station by tram, 24 hour reception service, attractive dining area with access to garden.

Cons:

The hotel website should have better instructions for finding the hotel on arrival. The recommended tram did not exist when we enquired at the tourist office. It would be helpful to suggest tram #12 to Roelof Hartsplein and give directions from there.

Estadia de 5 dias em Amesterdão
Pros:

O café da manhã, apesar de sempre o mesmo é bom. A localização do hotel é perfeita. Perto de vários museus e pontos turísticos e de várias linhas de trem elétrico.

Cons:

As instalações do hotel, especificamente as escadas de acesso aos quartos - muito íngreme. O colchão da cama parece ser muito antigo que afunda e os travesseiros muitos duros.

Лестницы жили на 4 этаже. Но подниматься по таким лестницам это ужас.
