OBS. 2 /5 vecka senarare har jag fortfarande inte fått tillbaks 100 €. gissa vad jag tycker

inget frukost

Cons:

gammalt hus , något daterat,hemska trappor-
fick betala 100 € som borg. ( har aldrig hänt mig förut ) som skulle återbetalas 7-10 dagar senare-
en högst otrevlig bemötande receptionist !

Litet varmt rum, bra frukost
Pros:

Frukosten var bra. Kaffe, juice, rostad bröd, yoghurt och musli, äggröra, korv, pannkakor mm. Också bra att hotellet hyr ut cyklar till ett bra pris.

Cons:

Rummet var mycket litet och helt utan personlighet. Det var 32 grader i Amsterdam under min vistelse och rummet hade ingen air conditioning, vilket gjorde det väldigt varmt. Personen som jobbade i receptionen då jag checkade in var sur och ohjälpsam. Personal jag hade kontakt med vid andra tillfällen var trevligare.

Super, immer wieder gern!
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, 5 Minuten zum Rijksmuseum, extrem ruhig, sehr schönes Viertel. Unser Zimmer war im Souterrain, sauber, modern und wirklich günstig. Das mit den kleinen Treppen stimmt, fanden wir aber nicht störend.

Cons:

Alles gut. Aber ja, die Treppen sind wirklich sehr steil.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e tranquilo.
Pros:

Ficamos apenas 2 noites e, portanto, o hotel nos atendeu bem para o que precisávamos. A localização é boa e os funcionários foram simpáticos. No entanto as escadas que nos levam aos quartos são íngremes e fica difícil subir com as malas.

Cons:

O chuveiro estava sem o apoio para que ele pudesse ficar apoiado na barra deslizante. As escadas íngremes demais.

Расположение отеля очень удобно! Самый центр города, весь общ.транспорт в шаговой доступности. Завтрак был очень вкусный, доброжелательный персонал и комфортные номера! Единственное-лестницы, если у вас много вещей лучше заранее попросить при бронировании номер на нижних этажах, мы жили на 4, было сложновато туда-сюда ходить по узким лесным, особенно при выселение и заселение. В остальном все чудесно! Мы взяли с подругой велосипеды на прокат-недорого и все понятно)
В номере было чисто, красиво, все аккуратно и комфортно! У нас был балкон, что добавляло красоты нашему путешествию! WF есть, работает хорошо! Район спокойный, даже поздно ночью на улицах чувствуется безопасно. Благодарю, приедем к вам снова! 🤍
После выселения можно оставить багаж, до вашего отъезда из города.

Wir hatten ein preisgünstiges Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk (4. Etage) gebucht. In dieser Etage befinden sich vier Zimmer, die sich ein gemeinsames Badezimmer teilen. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbad waren grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt.

Leider war die Lärmsituation während unseres Aufenthalts erheblich beeinträchtigt. In der Nacht kam es ab 1 Uhr zu lauter Musik und Feierlärm aus dem gegenüberliegenden Zimmer. Auf meine Beschwerde hin reagierte ein Mitarbeiter umgehend, sprach die Gruppe an und wies darauf hin, dass sich mehr als zwei Personen im Zimmer aufhielten – diese wurden aufgefordert, das Zimmer innerhalb von zehn Minuten zu verlassen. Dies geschah vorerst auch, etwa 30 Minuten später war das Zimmer verlassen.

Allerdings setzte die Feier ab etwa 4 Uhr erneut ein und dauerte bis kurz vor unserem Check-out gegen 11 Uhr morgens an – ohne dass weitere Konsequenzen erfolgten. Die Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen hatte in der Folge ebenfalls spürbar gelitten.

Insgesamt war der Eindruck gemischt: Die Unterkunft an sich war sauber und das Personal reagierte zunächst aufmerksam, jedoch mangelte es in der Folge an einer konsequenten Durchsetzung der Hausregeln, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeinträchtigte. Bei hellhörigen Zimmern wäre hier eine strengere Handhabung wünschenswert.
