Acqua calda in doccia senza pressione quindi ho dovuto fare una doccia fredda. Quando ho fatto notare la cosa a chi era alla reception mi ha detto che in tutta Amsterdam non c'è pressione nelle tubature....bugia assoluta...sono stato in altri hotel e le cose sono ok. Un receptionist così dovrebbe essere licenziato subito...molto sgarbato ...un uomo di colore...spero che il padrone dell' albergo legga questa recensione e licenzi questa persona...un receptionist così è una garanzia di fallimento di qualsiasi hotel.

Zentrale Lage
Bus und Tram in guter Gehdistanz

Cons:

Die Emphangsdame war sehr Arrogant,
Es wurde auch pro Zimmer 200 € kaution verlangt in der Ausschreibung sin des 100€
Die Kaution wurde erst nach der Inspektion des Höhle zurückerstattet
Treppe zu den Zimmern wahren bessere Hünerleitern
Es war niemand bereit uns mit dem Gepäck zu helfen
da ich Gebehindert bin musste ich auf ein Zimmer im 1. Stock umbuchen.
Wurde mir gegen aufpreis gewährt ohne ein Entgegenkommen
Die Sauberkeit und Zustand des Zimmers war auch nicht das beste Siehe Fotos
Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten
Und was die Getränke angeht... es ist eine Maschine im Gang, nur dass sie sehr leer ist und was vorhanden ist, sind warme Getränke
