Pros:

Loved the location and how it's in such close walking distance so much cool places.

Cons:

The stairs are so steep and you're stuck logging your luggage up alone which isn't ideal.

I booked into a single room and boy was it a single room. A small single bed and even less space for bags. They also charge for everything extra including coffee at 7am when it's free with breakfast from 7.30-10.00am. I found that odd and there aren't any tea making facilities in the room so you're forced to pay if you need an earlier pick me up or an afternoon cuppa.

La ubicación. Céntrico.

Cons:

Si empiezo, no termino. Habitacion en mal estado. Camas incómodas. Baño claustrofobico. Sin ascensor. Escaleras empinadas y sin apenas espacio si quiera para poner los pies para subir. Fotos que publican para ofrecer sus habitaciones falsas o imprecisas.

Pros:

The male receptionist was very helpful, we had some luggage to transfer to the first floor and he helped us with them. Each day the personal staff changed our towels and fixed the sheets. The location is very close to the tram and bus station as to the most nearest attractions close to Amsterdam.

Bien passé surtt avec le personnel était très agréable surtout la fille Soudanaise était très sympathique

I wasn’t aware that the bathroom was shared, and this could be communicated more clearly on the booking page. As the walls are quite thin and sound travels easily, it may be helpful to remind guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.
