Одним словом - уютно
Pros:

Отлично - для тех, кто приехал в Питер за впечатлениями и в номере особо не сидит) "Австрийский дворик"- прекрасный вариант, не очень далеко от центра, есть своя парковка. Небольшой, но очень уютный номер, есть все необходимое, чисто. Фурштадская улочка -
вообще прелесть! Рекомендую!

Excellent apartment in city

Comfortable studio apartment about a mile from the city centre in great area near river, park and metro.

Within walking distance cultural centre.
Pros:

Staff at Auustrian Yard Apartments were extremely helpful and friendly. They made our stay there comfortable and gave us useful and kindly advice. Our room was clean, quiet and provided us with all our needs for the trip.

Cozy and a nice place
Pros:

The apartment is good for small family in a nice locality. The exceptional nice receptionist Olga speaks good English, very helpful, knowledgable about places of tourist interest and their wellbeing. The other receptionist Tatiana is also a very nice person. Only small surprise difficulty was our apartment on 4th floor without lift, very nice person Igor helped with our heavy luggage to overcome it.

Good location, thoughtful service, good value.
Pros:

Difficult to spot from the road , but once inside the effort was well worth it. Our unit was large and well equiped, with comfortable beds.It is in a quiet neighbourhood, and in a secluded courtyard. The main attractions are within walking distance, and there aren't good resturants in the area.The staff are all very helpful, with a good knowlege of thei city, and a careful approach to any requests.We are very happy to recomend this excellent accomadation.
