The staff are incredibly welcoming and considerate. Luckily for us they've done their best to make us comfortable and welcome despite the fact that Expedia allowed us to book rooms that were not actually available. The breakfast buffet is great and the pool is lovely and child friendly.

amazing staff. The beach and restaurant area is a short walk away from the hotel, but the hotel is not right on the beach. Not difficult to get to...but does require a little walk. The pool area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!!!

Stratos and his family were very warm and accommodating in every respect. I stayed with my wife and 2 young children in a two bedroom apartment and there was plenty of space as well as very clean. Large pool for both kids and adults and even had two play areas for the kids! Breakfast was based on local fresh produce which made the experience a delight. Thank you for some great memories and very comfortable accommodation - hopefully see you in the not too distant future!

This hotel is close to Skala Kalloni but a quiet 5 minutes walk from the town which has a great range of eating restaurants serving typical Greek food and usually consistently delicious.

Almost everything about this 3 start hotel is better as you would expect. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. The bed are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast also very tasty.

this is a very clean and comfortable hotel in lesvos. the hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful. kallonis is not the best part of the island for swimming but it is very central and convenient for day trips around the island. it was nice to start the day with the good breakfast at the hotel, come back to the clean and comfortable room at the end of the day, enjoy a quick dip in the pool and the lovely pastoral views from the balcony at night. the staff were the best, with big smiles on their faces!

The best things about this hotel are the welcoming staff, relaxing atmosphere, and friendly puppy dog. Otherwise, compared to other hotels where I have stayed in Greece, I thought it was overpriced for the quality. Since I was visiting Lesvos the same weekend as the Pope, most of the hotels on the island were booked so perhaps the prices were increased because of this demand. My friend and I had separate rooms which both smelled of mildew/mold although the rooms were otherwise clean. The room is advertised as having the amenity of coffee/tea service and I did find a kettle and coffee maker in the cupboard but when I see this listed, I have an expectation that the tea and coffee is provided as well as the appliances. The bed was comfortable but I would have liked a thicker comforter or duvet since the blanket was very thin. Also, an opaque curtain on the small window would have been great to block out the early morning sunlight. The pictures on Hotels.com show a nice hot tub but there was no water in it during my stay and I was looking forward to an evening soak.

We stayed at the Imerti hotel for 3 nights. The family that runs this hotel is so wonderful. The staff keep the grounds and rooms spotless. They take pride in the hotel and it shows. The rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony and the beds are so comfortable. Must stay here!

Stayed here for 2 nights..walking distance to restaurants,pool was nice and clean, breakfast offered was pretty decent and room was very clean as well as the hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

Very good hotel with very good service, very good cleaning of room, Skala Kalonis is a nice and relaxing place. We and Our children (6 and 10 years) loved playing in the pool. Reccomendable!

We had a lovely stay and the owners are very helpful and provide great service. Nothing is a problem. Great Hotel, you need a car to explore the beaches and little villages the island has to offer. A walk down to town with many restaurant options.

Loved hearing the sheep bells and watching the sheep come to the neighbouring field in the evenings.

As other reviewers have mentioned the staff at this hotel are extremely helpful, yet not over familiar, very professional! We had no complaints about our room and the location is great. We would stay there again.

Had a brilliant holiday at Imerti. Hotel was great and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet holiday. Skalla Kollinis is a very small village so worth hiring a car and getting out and about. Petra is worth a visit as is Mythimna. Only 5 Euros in a taxi to Kallonis if you're after a more lively town.

The Imerti is new, and the staff at the hotel are still learning what its like to have guests around. However the reception and cleaning staff are trying hard, and were particularly helpful to us on the last day of our holiday.

A Visitors' information sheet would have been helpful. It is the first time I have been in a hotel room which did not have one. The room was well equipped having a kettle available, as well as a fridge.

Hot water, was available at all times, but it was necessary to run the tap for quite a while before it came through.

The countryside around the hotel is beautiful and yet it is only a short walk to the restaurants and bars in Skala Kalloni.

The pool area looks very nice - though we did not use the pool ourselves.

The serve yourself breakfast buffet was very good. We found plenty of variety. Greek yoghurt and fruit was a favourite. The bread rolls were tasty and there was also sliced bread for toast.

In Greece you often find there is a lot of noise which keeps you awake at night, or wakes you early, but here there was just one dog barking occasionally, so we were able to sleep well in the comfortable bed. The first two nights were cool, and heating in the room would have been nice. However as soon as the weather warmed up it was fine, and there is air conditioning available for when it gets hot.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
