Δεν λειτουργούσε το SPA
Δεν το ανέφερε πουθενά αλλά η τιμή ίδια
Αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχεία για SPA μόνο και φυσικά με τίμημα ως εξωτερικοί επισκέπτες

Αριστο ξενοδοχειο,σε πολλη καλη τοποθεσια αρκετα κοντα στο κεντρο,καθαριοτητα σε ολους τους χωρους,εξωτερικα,στην εισοδο στο δωματιο.το προσωπικο εξαιρετικο και στην καφετερια του καταλυματος και στην ρεσεψιον εξαιρετικα και πολυ ευγενικα ολα τα παιδια και προθυμα να εξυπηρετησουν ανα πασα στιγμη. Το πρωινο εξαιρετικο και θεωρω σε επιπεδο που μπορει να ικανοποιησει και απαιτητικους πελατες. Το προσωπικο εξαιρετικο και στο πρωινο ετοιμο να σου προσφερει οτι ζητουσες.Πολυ σημαντικο καθε απογευμα περνουσε απο το δωματιο room service ρωτωντας αν λειπει κατι απο το δωματιο προκειμενου να το προσφερουν. Ολη η οικογενεια μειναμε ιδιαιτερως ευχαριστημενοι απο τις παροχες του ξενοδοχειου.Σιγουρα θα το επισκεφτουμε ξανα.Το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!!!Ανδρεας,Βικυ,Βασια!!!!

A really nice city break in Ioannina, outside of the noise of the old town but close enough
Pros:

It is a spacious property with a nice period style, however slightly dated. A refresh could make it really special. The room was also spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom. The swimming pool looked very appealing too.

Cons:

There is parking but it is limited. Parking in the underground garage is a bit inconvenient.

Pros:

Spacious room with balcony , very comfortable beds and bed linen . Very friendly hotel staff. Huge selection in the breakfast. The location is great just 15 mins walk to the lake
