I liked the room size, the location of the hotel, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is very clean. We did not try the breakfast due to a inspected situation. An earthquake happen during our stay. The staff was very helpful in this uninspected situation. Also no structure damages due to this earthquake :)
The pillows were very uncomfortable. The wifi is very poor.

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό άψογο και το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο πολλές επιλογές .Αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε είναι ότι παρόλο που συνυπήρχαμε με αρκετά σχολεία που ήταν στο ξενοδοχείο εκδρομή, πραγματικά δεν τους καταλάβαμε καθόλου. Μας αναβαθμίσαν το δωμάτιο δωρεάν σε άλλον όροφο και είχαν φροντίσει ακόμα και το πρωινό να είναι σε διαφορετικό χώρο από τα σχολεία.
Παροχές 5αστερου έχουν πολλά ξενοδοχεία, συμπεριφορά 5αστερου όμως όπως το Grand Serai λίγα.

Εξαιρετικό πρωινό. Όμορφοι και άφθονοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.Καλή τοποθεσία. Καθαριότητα
Λόγω υδραυλικού προβλήματος την 2η μέρα, χρειάστηκε να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο, το οποίο όμως και σ'αυτό υπήρχε πρόβλημα στο ντους. Το 2ο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο ήταν υποδιέστερο του δωματίου που είχαμε κλείσει. Οφείλουμε όμως να προσθέσουμε ότι το ξενοδοχείο προσπάθησε να αντισταθμίσει την διαφορά με δωρεάν βραδυνό.

The service at the lounge could be a bit better. We had to go to the bar every time we needed to order something.
