Pros:

Recently renovated, nicely furnished beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff, front desk staff speak good English. Very clean. Great location on Fontanka, near Nevski Prospekt & lots of restaurants. Only problem was the Soviet-style heating so common in Russia: heating is either off or on, so rooms are unbearably hot. But this unfortunately normal in Russia. Also strange, large window with view from bed to bathroom - so can not go to bathroom in the middle of the night without waking up sleeping spouse. Otherwise great hotel, would stay here again.

Great communication, very good flexibility front desk, good room, a bit small, incident in spa due slippery bridge, but great attention at incident as well as attention afterwards, Champagne on room and complementary massage!! Breakfast very good. People very friendly, certainly compared to some shops. City, Hermitage and Mariinsky excellent

Pros:

Amazing, friendly staff. Very beautiful rooms. Very central with good access to the city center. Spa area is really nice and had more than expected to offer. Everything was above expectations starting from the letter ahead of our arrival to checking out with a little gift.

I enjoyed my stay there. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They were sometimes a bit slow with the daily cleaning of my room. But to be fair, I was in my room often throughout the day. This was my first time in St. Petersburg. I will stay at the Rossi Hotel when I visit the city again.

Fantastic location; great rooms (we had a double and twin room for our family of 4); lovely, attentive, efficient service; great restaurant; above all - really nice staff. If you arrive by plane use their taxi service as it is cost effective and their driver is informative and proud of his country and the history of St Petersburg. 2 of us usedcthe Spa and loved it. Tge Faberge museum and Bolshoi drama theatee are 5 minutes walk away as is the main street - Nevskiy Prospekt. A perfect place to base youself to explore St Petersburg, see the sites, see the ballet, eat well and learn much about 18th and 19th century Russian history.

This hotel was amazing! First and foremost, the staff went out of their way to help facilitate nearly every aspect of our trip to St. Petersburg. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance of most attractions in town. Our room was very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable (chandelier in the bathroom even). Breakfast was very nice. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa massage services. We would definitely stay here again (and again and again...)!
