Leaky ceiling
Pros:

The area where the hotel is located

Cons:

The ceiling was leaking throughout the night and the dripping sound made us difficult to sleep. The room was like a pool and myself and family couldn't use majority of the room space. Receptionist wasn't helpful regarding this
