The hotel has a great location — right on the front line, by the beach on the Aegean Sea. Sun loungers and beach towels are also provided, which is very convenient and saves a pretty decent amount of money.
I'd especially like to mention the responsive staff at the reception — the employees are very caring and attentive. They kindly escorted us to breakfast upon early check-in, which we really appreciated as well.
The room is fairly standard. You should understand that the hotel isn't brand new, but everything is clean and tidy: clean bed linen, clean towels, and overall quite clean. A separate third bed was provided for the child, for which we're especially grateful.
Breakfasts directly at the hotel itself are quite good. Dinners are arranged at the neighboring Mitsis hotel and are also very good — worth ordering.
An important point to keep in mind: there is currently construction going on nearby — the renovation of the Grand Hotel Mitis. If your windows face directly onto this construction site, you may hear noise during the day. In principle, it didn't bother us, because during the day we were either out walking or at the sea.
The location is very convenient: you can walk to the Old Town in 10–15 minutes, and it's only 5 minutes to the Mediterranean Sea beach. There are many different supermarkets and cafes nearby — in short, all the necessary infrastructure is at hand.
Overall, we liked everything and recommend it!
The only thing I didn't really like was the beds: two single beds pushed together, and they kept sliding apart.

Wspaniała lokalizacja przy samej plaży, a jednocześnie blisko atrakcji turystycznych miasta Rodos, restauracji i sklepów, czystość w obiekcie, miła obsługa, wino powitalne i słodkie przekąski czekające w pokoju, małe upominki powitalne dla dziecka. Bezpłatne leżaki i parasole na plaży (choć nie pierwszej młodości), miły Pan obsługujący leżaki plażowe. Cudowny widok na morze, wynagradzający brak balkonu.
Mały basen zacieniony w ciągu dnia, z którego nie korzystaliśmy. Śniadania mogłyby być nieco lepsze i bardziej urozmaicone, niedobra kawa na śniadaniu (ale to raczej standard), bardzo mała szafa w pokoju.

The front office , restuarant and bar staff excellent
Its a three star and our room on arrival was a side sea view with the view of the construction site. The lovely receptionist moved us to a front sea room . Which was fab as we contracted the Rhodes virus!! Very comfortable beds and supper easy to get to the beach across the road. Hotel was very clean

Extremely disappointing — the reality is very different from the advert
I honestly feel that the hotel’s advertising is extremely misleading. The photos and description give a very different impression from what you actually experience when you arrive.
The biggest disappointment was the huge building site directly opposite the hotel. The view from the hotel is dominated by construction, and there was constant building noise throughout the day. This is something I absolutely would have expected to be made clear when booking, as it completely changes the experience.
The rooms are also very small, and the swimming pool is tiny. With only around four people in it, it already feels overcrowded. For what we paid, I expected considerably more.
Breakfast was another major disappointment. It was extremely basic, the coffee was awful, and instead of proper fruit juice, there was squash. This simply did not feel like the standard I would expect for the price.
We paid almost €800 for just four nights, which is ridiculous considering the overall conditions and what the hotel actually offers.
Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was that we became extremely unwell with what appeared to be food poisoning, lasting around 48 hours, including diarrhoea and fever. When we asked the hotel for a doctor, we were told that it would cost €150 just for the doctor to come and “look at us” and that the doctor could not provide medication or IV fluids. We were instead told that, if we needed treatment, we would have to go to a public hospital or private clinic ourselves.
Being seriously unwell while away from home is stressful enough without feeling that there is no practical medical support available through the hotel.
Overall, this hotel was nowhere near the experience we expected for the price we paid.
