Είχα κάνει κράτηση για δύο μονά κρεβάτια και τελικά το δωμάτιο είχε διπλό κρεβάτι και με έφερε σε δύσκολη θέση με την παρέα που είχα .. ζήτησα αλλαγή σωματείου και δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα μου είπαν

Lovely place but would never recommend due to discomfort of bed.

The view from the deck is gorgeous, very clean and food is good

Cons:

The most basic and fundamental thing you want in a hotel…the bed and pillows… they were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had in 40 years of travelling. Every spring was poking through the mattress lining, and could be felt…painful. The lumpy flat pillows were also hard to sleep with. Did not sleep on my last night. Hotels should do mattress audits routinely.

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, vue imprenable, confortable et très propre. Piscine sympa mais il manque des toilettes. À 25 minutes à pied du centre ville mais nous aimons marcher.

Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική και θέα μαγική.

Cons:

Υπήρχαν μικρές λεπτομέρειες που χωρίς πρόσθετο κόστος θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν την εμπειρία διαμονής άριστη! Για παράδειγμα τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ bulky (θα μπορούσαν να έχουν συνδυασμό πιο μαλακού και πιο bulky μαξιλαριού). Δεν υπήρχε μενού στο δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό ενώ είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία σε κάποια είδη δεν είχαν φροντίσει να διατηρούνται ζεστά . Με αυτές τις μικρές αλλαγές θα βελτιωνόταν αισθητά η εμπειρία πελάτη.

A pleasant surprise.
Pros:

The view across the bay was wonderful from our room and from all the public areas in the hotel.
Quaint walk down to the small secluded beach.
Breakfast was good although coffee machine a bit temperamental.

Great place!
Pros:

The location of the hotel is stunning. We had seaview and direct view of the city which was beautiful. The room was very big and comfortable.

Cons:

The extra bed for our kids was awful, the most little movement made a big noise. The breakfast buffet was average quality, at a 4-star hotel I would expect higher quality and more diversity, but it was ok.
