Purtroppo un’esperienza molto deludente, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un hotel 4 stelle.
Avevamo richiesto un early check-in, che era stato anche confermato. Nonostante ciò, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata un’altra camera senza essere stati informati in anticipo e senza il nostro consenso. Un cambiamento del genere dovrebbe essere concordato prima con il cliente. Ancora più deludente è stato il fatto che la stessa persona responsabile di questo errore non si sia nemmeno scusata con noi.
La situazione con il minibar è stata ancora più spiacevole. Siamo stati contattati dalla reception e ci è stato chiesto cosa avessimo consumato dal minibar. Abbiamo risposto sinceramente e abbiamo persino pagato le patatine che avevamo preso. Nonostante ciò, siamo stati richiamati successivamente e praticamente accusati di non aver detto la verità. Ci è stato detto che il mio ragazzo avrebbe consumato anche un’altra bevanda.
Successivamente è emerso che era stata controllata addirittura la camera sbagliata. Quindi la stessa persona ha commesso due errori e, nonostante entrambi, non si è mai scusata con noi. Trovo questo comportamento assolutamente poco professionale e irrispettoso nei confronti degli ospiti.
Da un hotel 4 stelle ci aspettavamo decisamente più professionalità, comunicazione e rispetto.

Wat mij het meest aansprak, was de ligging van het hotel, dat direct aan het stadsplein ligt. Het hotel is gevestigd in een prachtig oud gebouw met een interessante inrichting, en de kamers zijn zeer comfortabel en ruim

Hotel precioso en el centro de Steyr
Pros:

La situación en la plaza del pueblo, en un edificio antiguo rehabilitado, nuestra habitación daba a un patio trasero, super tranquilo y con un árbol precioso en la ventana. La habitación tiene aíre acondicionado y nevera. Perfecto para descubrir la ciudad. Te guardan las maletas después del cheking. Está muy cerca de la estación y de todo. En la plaza tb hay autobuses pero no los usamos.

Cons:

No tomamos el desayuno porque nos pareció un poco caro.
Nosotros no hablamos alemán ni inglés y no pudimos interactuar mucho con el personal, pero es algo que ocurre en toda la ciudad.

Loved it and the staff were great.
Pros:

Location right on the square with lots of cafes and restaurants near by.
Very lean and comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast at a reasonable price.

Zentrale Lage am Stadtplatz und äußerst hilfsbereite Rezeption (insbesondere Christina Reichenpfader ist hier hervorzuheben - Herzlichen Dank für die super Unterstützung!!!)

Cons:

Schallisolierung der Zimmer könnte besser sein.
Eher als neutrales Feedback zu verstehen - das Hotel ist innen etwas unpraktisch bebaut/aufgeteilt - dies ist aber vermutlich der alten Bausubstanz bzw den Bebauungsmöglichkeiten geschuldet.
