Pros:

The hotel is situated near the main square and you can also explore the colonial part of the city nearby. The facilities, furniture, amenities come in good state. Nice spa (I had massage).

Cons:

The smell of the cleaning products after room cleaning was far too strong, even with open windows it didn't disappear for a while.

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Me escribieron por Whatsapp en varias oportunidades para que cancelar el saldo por TC o link de pago. Habíamos elegido pagar en el alojamiento. Hoy en día mensajes de WA para pasar datos de TC o link de pago NO ES CONFIABLE.
El agua caliente del baño es imposible de regular, o te quemas o te congelas.

Pros:

Es un hotel molt correcte, el millor l'habitació ja que la recepció és molt asceptica. El personal és correcte sense saltar d'alegria. Tenen un spa, una mica justet.

Pros:

La ubicacion es fantastica ya que te encontras en el centro de la ciudad y tenes muchisimas opciones gastronomicas a mano.
El hotel parece nuevo y tanto la habitacion como los espacios comunes estan impecables.
