Pros:

Anna was excellent throughout our stay. Lots of great recommendations on food, tours etc.
The apartments are in a fantastic location. 5 minute stroll to the middle of Old Town.
The apartment itself was ,warm,clean and modern with great facilities.
If ever in Krakow again , I will 100% stay here.

Pleasant, sunny, well-appointed apartment in a good location.
Pros:

We were quite happy with our stay. The apartment was nicely furnished, well-lit, and close to the Old Town. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was especially nice to have a washing machine in the unit. We weren't able to figure out how to use the drying function on the washer (the instructions in English were difficulty to understand), but it wasn't a problem because of the drying rack in the unit.

Cons:

A note to those with mobility issues: although the building has an elevator, it only goes up to the third floor, so you must walk up one more level if you are staying on the 4th floor, as we did. Also, with the bed under the eaves on the 4th level, one must bend down to get into bed, and crouch when getting out of bed. I definitely hit my head a few times in the dark before this information sank in.

Ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum, Infrastruktur um das Quartier sehr gut.

Cons:

Kleinere Probleme mit dem Tv-Empfang (ich konnte keine frei empfangbaren Kanäle einstellen).

A perfect base for sightseeing and very stylish interior and comfortable beds in a very quiet location

Warum wird hier beim Bett gespart ?

Habe noch nie eine Unterkunft mit so einem schmalen Bett erlebt - 140cm sind eine Zumutung !
Frühstück - Angebot naja... Bedienung unfreundlich, desinteressiert - nicht einmal begrüßt wird man

Lovely apartment, lovely host! Lovely place!
Pros:

Lovely apartments! we stayed in one of the apartments with a balcony that overlooked the street, we both said the bed was thee most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, we did have some noise outside from a group of people on one of our nights there but thats something that cannot be helped, the apartment itself is clean, spacious and was litterally a home from home, situated a short walking distance from the main square but with some lovely food and drinking outlets a stones throw away. Shower was always lovely and hot, and little things like water in the fridge and tea and coffee were much appreciated, Anna was a great host from the minute we booked, emailing offering us a cab to be book for our arrival, and emailing us again the day of arriving with all information we needed in order to access the apartments, our flight landed very late at night but everything was as she said it would be and was perfect!!

Amazing Crystal Suites Old Town
Pros:

The Apartment we had (No4) was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need, so much space, a nice seating area, well equiped kitchen, it also had a lovely balcony where you could people watch whilst having a drink. I must say Anna the Manager was really helpful, she arranged all our taxi transfers to/from airport, gave us a street map & recommended places to visit, on departure she offered us a room to store our luggage. Anna really made us feel like it was a home from home stay, she was amazing, thankyou! The old town is only a 10min walk, the Jewish Quarter about 20mins, or you could get a tram or taxi ( taxi's are very cheap). I downloaded the Bolt app, and got a taxi to Jewish Q for about £2!
We will DEFINATELY be back, hopefully next April.

A wonderful apartment - we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others.

Amazing breakfast at the Fable cafe.
The apartment was very well thought out - so clean and such comfortable beds.

Cons:

Perhaps some space to hang clothes would be helpful.
