Great stay here, the service was over the top and we loved everything about our stay. The rooms are spacious and missing nothing. We love to give good reviews and this place deserves it for sure. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay for sure.

So I ve stayed here and would like to give my piece of mind .
Location : very good touristy location , close to everything
Check in : good check in , but deposit either 10 k by card or 40k cash . Which is abit strange to be honest .
Staff : friendly staff but outdoor weaponized security and just general amount of security is abit eerie .
Gym : very good and great spa
Massage : I give it 3/5 . Friendly but very light and lacking passion massage not worth the price they charge you .
Room : great room with nice amenities but but the prices for mini bar is just pure robbery . Guys you charge like 600-700 rub for a waffle treat that cost 60-70 rub in the supermarket.
Breakfast: wonderful buffet 10/10 , but hard to find seats .
Biggest downsides : costly and pricy , and hotel guests . People who choose to stay here are your biggest concern . A big mix of people who might posses monetary means but lack good manners , education , culture , code of conduct , hence the ample amount of security . I do not envy the poor staff that has to manage these guests . Solely for that reason alone , I would pick other hotels . Thank you for your attention. God bless

Fırst of all ıt ıs an unbelievable holiday for us .!!!!. hotel is in perfect place. me and my family liked the dishes and rooms and breakfasts . mine room and my family's room are quite big !! hotel was very clean. they are cleaning the rooms every day... hotel's staff are very friendly and very helpful. I will visit you again obviously !

We recently stayed at Lotte Moscow, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were elegantly designed, combining luxury with comfort, and the service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond, special I want to mark and thank Ms. Olga from guests relations.

One of the highlights was the breakfast—an absolute feast! The buffet offered a stunning variety, from fresh pastries and exotic fruits to gourmet dishes made to order. There were options for every dietary preference, and everything was prepared with top-quality ingredients. I loved the local delicacies mixed in with international favorites. The ambiance of the breakfast room was serene, and I could have spent hours savoring each bite while enjoying the view.

If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding culinary experiences, I highly recommend Lotte Moscow. We look forward to returning!

We are group from Kazunion Rustar. Still I am staying tomorrow will be check out but I couldn’t wait to leave review. From the gate staffs are high standard security concierge reception in the lobby staying staffs maybe guest relations. Amazing all of them helpful. Until the lift I have received 3staffs to help my luggage actually I had small bag only, I wanted to take myself. Service and hotel staff make each guest special. Food breakfast option services FB 10 out of 10.
I am Sales Manager in UAE. I know hospitality and have been so luxurious hotels, but here you feel so comfortable. Many hotels in Moscow they treated how you do look,what do you wear. Here you feel warm welcome same family.
In the room how amenities located amazing wonderful. Yes, hotel’s furniture is old but details how they prepared you don’t feel. I have shared with UAE hotel management even how is room amenities.

Wу returned to this hotel ( even more than hotel ) 8 times and one more time were in real paradise. We are living in Moscow but we like to spend one or two nights in Lotte.
Thanks all personnel for romantic atmosphere there. It was as usual fantastic stay.

Stayed at Lotte Hotel Moscow . Excellent Location in Moscow with Nearby Various Restuarants, Malls . Staff was very professional and smilling , Luxurious Rooms ,Nice Welcome by Staff, Amazing Room with Personalised Welcome Note on TV, Great Breakfast .

Well located to the metro, this hotel is a little out of the main attractions which are just a stop or two on the metro which is very easy to use. Close to Arbat St which is fantastic. Staff are brilliant across the board and rooms are luxurious. Breakfast at the hotel is really a must do.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only rude, but one attempted to overcharge me by adding 50,000 rubles to the room rate. Thank goodness I had printed my booking confirmation to expose their deceit.

The concierge, a blonde man with glasses, was equally unpleasant. He displayed blatant racism, treating Arab guests rudely while showing preferential treatment to European visitors. Moreover, he walked away mid-conversation to attend to other guests, displaying a complete lack of professionalism.

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. Additionally, the exchange company affiliated with them stole 10,000 QR from me, conveniently omitting any record of the transaction on paper. The receptionist even joined in mocking me when I confronted them about the theft. Sadly, it seems this dishonesty extends to other guests, as another family was also robbed of 10,000 Dirhams. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very well equipped rooms, nice bathroom. with heated floors.

No VIP upgrade, even they called me to charge me the difference of category after they note that the room booked second night to extend my stay was less in category!!!??

Великолепный отель, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Останавливались не в первый раз и именно от случай когда возвращаешься с удовольствием.

I called the hotel in advance and told them that my husband will have a birthday - nothing was noted, they didn’t even congratulate him. Only after I told them they decided to do something.
So I think this is because of no direct booking, and using CT… what a pity

Das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, geräumig.Highlight ist die Toilette mit beheizter Klobrille.Super Lage zur Metro und Arbat.Lotte ist das beste Hotel in Moskau.
