Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, and comfortable beds.
Staff were helpful and congenial.

The air conditioning was a huge bonus as temperatures were so hot when we visited.
The terrace was lovely and the added bonuses such as a welcoming drink and happy hour snacks were thoughtful touches.

Cons:

We had an excellent stay. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful, and we really enjoyed the lounge and outdoor space.

The location is also very convenient, close to the Concertgebouw and with a direct bus to Schiphol Airport

Geweldig goed hotel
Pros:

The place, the location, and the personnel are awsome, responsive and helpfull !
Everything is made to make your stay amazing !

Really amazing location. Such a beauty spot. If you come in on the train I recommend renting bikes as this only took us 20mins including the ferry at a leisurely pace. Beautiful walk/cycle path to central.
The place had everything you need and want for a short stay.

Cleann, comfortable and comparing with other hotels the bed was very comfortable wich denotes that some places that are good value for money can be surprisingly more comfortable then expensive places .

Es para lo que es.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención al cliente , el personal era súper amable.

Cons:

No entendí muy bien como funcionaba la limpieza de habitaciones porque pusimos que la limpiarán y cuando volvimos solo estaba la cama estirada pero tenia la misma mancha y habían dejado nuevas toallas pero dejado las anteriores .

A beautiful traditional Amsterdam house, with the big windows and steep stairs, very charming. Super attentive and kind staff, they were very helpful in accommodations special requests. The location is amazing in a really nice neighborhood outside the city center, and very conveniently located next to a tram stop that runs directly to central station
The lady on the desk was very helpful and accommodating. The property was in a great location to get to the city centre easily.

Pros:

Het personeel is gastvrij en vriendelijk en heeft me geholpen telkens als ik vragen had. De kamer was schoon en had alles wat ik nodig had. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen en dicht bij het openbaar vervoer. Ik zou het aanraden!

Cons:

Tal vez algo pequeña la habitación para la capacidad ofrecida, pero esto también es debido a que llevábamos mucho equipaje. De todas formas, muchísimo más cómodo y privado que un hostel compartido. Algo inestable los colchones, quizás un pocos vencidos. Pero en general, todo muy bien. Agradecidos.

Molto accogliente e situato in una zona molto tranquilla e facilmente arrivabile al centro. Per 3 persone è stato un soggiorno perfetto!
