Excellent
Pros:

The staff is welcoming and friendly, they helped me whenever I had questions. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located and close to public transport. I would recommend!

From the moment you walk in are made to feel welcome
The bedroom Was very comfortabel And had everything for a very confotable stay. Nothing Was too much for the staff lobby area Was cosy and a lovely place to site after a day / evening out

Tar ca 20 min in till centrala Amsterdam

Cons:

De va dammigt, ena sängen var trasig och att de gick in till rummet o de ända de gjorde var att bädda sängen, de satte äns inte nya sängkläder samt att de bädda in fjärrkontrollen till tv i sängkläderna.

Pulizia della camera. Non è ammesso trovare lenzuola macchiate e generalmente polvere.
Attenzione questo albergo non deve essere prenotato da persone che hanno difficoltà a salire le scale. Queste ultime sono a chiocciola e strettissime e con pendenza estrema.

We had issues with the shower not draining for the entirety of our stay, we flagged this multiples times by going directly to the desk and booking.com when nothing was done, we wasn’t able to shower the whole time we were there, it was never sorted not even another room was offered,
We then received an email after our stay offering us a refund and we have never received this, we then received a message saying we couldn’t get a refund, I tried to call back after missing a call to get this sorted which resulted in me being charged more for the phone call then the room actually cost.
