el peor de amsterdam, huele mal, es incomodo, es pequeño, hay chinches, nunca pero nunca se queden aqui, deberian sacarlo de booking porque es una estafa. hay hoteles mejores al mismo precio. deberían cerrar este lugar.

We arrived at the room and found pizza boxes under the bed and food scraps all over the place. On top of that, there were bed bugs, which can transmit diseases if they bite you. I went downstairs to complain and ask for another room, and I didn’t even receive an apology. How can you give a room to guests in that condition? It’s absolutely disgraceful.

The second room they gave us had two separate beds, even though I had requested a double bed. To make matters worse, one of the beds was broken. Honestly, it was a complete embarrassment. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We walked in a booked another hotel straight away we booked a HOTEL with love holidays and let me tell you is isn’t a hotel it’s a dirty bed with a door im not snob but i wasn’t staying here shared toilets in the fine font so you don’t see it miles away from the city i recommend staying at the old quarter it’s the same price for lovely room so central wouldn’t put my worst enemy in this “hotel”

poteva sicuramente essere molto peggio date le aspettative che mi ero creata leggendo le precedenti recensioni che parlavano di cimici da letto. Però é completamente deludente, le stanze erano sporche, niente cimici ma qualche macchia sugli asciugamani si. Nessun tipo di servizio,solo il Wi-Fi. Alla reception 2/3 persone erano scontrose. Poi io capisco che i prezzi ad Amsterdam sono alti ma come struttura non è in centro anzi in un quartiere vuoto a 20 minuti dal centro ma le stanze costano come un hotel in centro.

Good experience
Pros:

I booked the single room for 2 nights. The room was super clean, it had the necessary supplies, cups for tea and water, and a kettle. It had a shared bathroom and a shower room, WIFI is perfect, the staff members were great and super helpful, the location of the hotel is not far from the main station, you can walk or take the bus. The surrounding areas are packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and many things you can simply walk and discover. Overall, great stay.
