Matters very hard , shower is not working , house keeping open the room at 5 am while I was deeply sleep As the reception told him the room is empty so I found the man standing beside my bad at 5 am I shouted how come you entered my room even without knocking the door after investigation by the manager sorry it was a mistake he entered a wrong room at 5 am to prepare it what a chaos !!!!!

Formidable stay with great value
Pros:

Excellent with true value , cant beat the breakfast & the common area ,very safe & a very good sleep , I had a massive fruit bowl & a fee upgrade. Beutiful old houses all around in a peaceful neighborhood. They have three solid outlets . Thankful for are the staff members .

Construction around and small design mishap in the bathroom

Pros:

This is a regular stop for me, usually for work. This time the stay was for holidays. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Two negatives - the bathroom floor got too wet after a shower and the internet was very slow throughout the 4 day stay. Other than that, I shall continue to book at this hotel due to its staff, the convenient location and the comfort of the rooms.

هي نظيفه والموقع حلو لكن الفطور اقل من عادي والموظفه اللي على رسبشن مناوبه الليل قال الغرفه عندي على 80 دينار وأنا ابغى ثنتين زوجي ومفرد وقلت له شوف أسعار البوكنق في خصم بالبوكنق وغرفتين على 111 دينار لكن يقول ماهي نفسها اللي تبغينها وخلاني احجز غرفه ثانيه عن طريق البوكينك صارن 3 ودفعت زيادة بعد على سعر البوكنق 11 دينار ونص المهم التعامل ماش ومستحيل أعيد التجربه

The morning reception guys, his name is wadi3 I think he was very rude and he was not acting professional with customers.

Accused of cutting off the whole floor electricity from my brick, as they know there was an issue in the electric breakers in the floor before moving me to the other room

Very good for short stay, at least for me.
Pros:

Everything was perfect during my stay. No worries about parking, just come, take your bags, and give them the keys from the car, and the staff will take care of it. I can't even add anything bad about the hotel. Very quiet, the balcony is small but enough for me. Excellent breakfast. Staff are VERY VERY helpful and lovely. Great Country and Great People. Thank you!

Cons:

Wi-Fi strength is 4 out of 10. This is the only thing I can say is not too good, at least for me.
