The staff at the hotel were very helpful and went out of their way to make our granddaughters birthday special.
The only down side was the meal in the restaurant the food was not very good and we were the only guests using it.

Terrible staff. When we complained that the room wasn’t what we booked, they shouted and said things like “we can’t smell what you want through the internet”. The room was dirty and then they tried to upsell us to a suite. The paint was peeling and the place looked awful. I’m th need, we leafy and stayed next door at sunset hotel. Sooooo much better.

Hotel seemed disorganized, and service was inconsistent. Hotel is outdated and more attention could be paid to cleanliness and upkeep of property, including pool areas. Buffet had a good assortment of breakfast options, however utensils and glassware were consistently out of stock and we had to keep asking for items from the kitchen. Location is great, 5 min. Car ride to town and shops. Not worth the price in my opinion.

The location is not so convenient if you're looking for nice beaches around. For exploring the island, you can stay at the center of Molyvos as the hotel is a bit far from the historical village center. Apart from the location, the hotel is good, the breakfast is average but we weren't expecting better indeed.

Hotel seems to be big and nice. It has a bar and restaurant with a view, private beach, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) spa and so on. However, it was so outdated. We stayed there 4 nights and toiletries never replaced. Room and the bathroom were stinky. Shower's cabin was half so water splashed everywhere while having a bath. Sink was so small. Breakfast variety was poor and the food had low quality. We did not expect that kind of breakfast from a Greek hotel as they have quality and a great variety of local food.

Good hotel, the breakfast buffet had lots of options. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned when the booking was made is that you have to pay extra to use the gym and ‘wellness’ pool. Otherwise everything was great . They also offer a free shuttle service into Molyvos.

Last stayed 6 years ago and loved it - that’s why we booked again, came back expecting the same but unfortunately the hotel is now very tired, only had breakfast on the first 2 days then went out, bar staff clueless. But loved it nevertheless. Good price for the week, the location good just a short walk from the lovely village, loads of fab places to eat.

Definitely the best hotel on the island and one of the best in Greece that I have been to.
We had an ocean view room with spectacular views.
The grounds were amazing with 4 pools to choose from.
Very friendly staff.
The beach on the resort was beautiful too but I would recommend swim shoes as there were many rocks on the bottom. The water in the sea was incredibly crystal clear and usually very calm so if you are a swimmer like me it's awesome as you can see underwater clearly for miles.
I will definitely be coming back.
This was the best value anywhere in Greece.

The hotel was significantly cost saving. The cleanlines of the facility was not so good. They didnt have enough staff employed for the season because the hotel was not running at full capacity. The mini club wasnt functioning. There was nobody there and the toysa were covered in bird poo. The inflated toys were not inflated. Our kid couldnt play at all.

Hotel Molivos merkezinden biraz uzakta, aracınız yok ise kalmak için cok uygun olmayabilir,araç ile merkeze yaklaşık 5 dk uzaklıkta, otopark sorunu yok.
otel bölgenin iyi otellerinden, oda temiz, kapalı havuzu ile birlikte toplam 4 havuzu var,
deniz manzaralı odada gune uyanmak da cok keyfli idi.
tekrar gittigimde de kalmayıı kesinlikle dusunecegim bir otel

We stayed here for a week last August. I contacted the hotel from Canada to see if they could help me secure a taxi for us when we arrived at the ferry terminal. Mind you, we were to arrive at 6am and taxis are not easy to come by in Lesvos. The hotel staff contacted a taxi driver personally and set up a time for us to meet the driver. The staff are super helpful and will go out of their way to help.

Had a problem with my room at check in but the staff fixed it and took really good care of me. Had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the breakfast selection. Would recommend.

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht. Personal sehr aufmerksam, die Bar Abends sehr zu empfehlen. Durch die Hanglage hat man selbst an heißen Sommertagen ein mildes Klima.

Ufak tefek eksiklikler haricinde (banyo kuvet kapısı göze hoş geliyor ama yarım olduğundan sular dışarı akıyor, havlu asacak yer yok gibi) kalınabilecek uygun bir otel. Çalışanlar çok iyi.

Otele girdiğiniz andan itibaren hayal kırıklıkları başlıyor..Ne bir güler yüz, ne bir yardımseverlik,otelden pislik akıyor..Odaların fotoğraftakilerle alakası yok..Rutubet kokan in gibi bir odaya yerleştirildik,odanın içinde yandaki odaya açılan bir kapı var Allahtan kilitli..Yan odada ne konuşuluyorsa sanki aynı oda içindeymişsiniz gibi duyuluyor.Banyoda havalandırma yoktu leş gibi rutubet kokuyor..Odaların ve otelin genelinde temizlik sıfır..Restaurant kısmında arıdan yemek yiyemiyorsunuz kahvaltısı çok kötü..Akşam yemeklerinde birgün önceden kalan yemekler tekrar servis ediliyor..Yazmakla bitmez tam bir hayal kırıklığı..Türkiye'de böyle iğrenç bir otel sayfiye yerlerinde asla bulamazsınız..Ayrıca çok memnun kalanların yorumlarını da hayretle okuyorum...

While reserving the room online, I mentioned that we would be 3 adults. And it seemed ok to choose a double room, as it appeared on the list.
They hardly fit extra bed. The rooms are small. The beach was dirty. And pebbles made it too hard to swim. Not suitable for kids.

The hotel overall is very nice, new and clean. The rooms are small and (maybe because of this) no room to sit down and enjoy a book, except for the bed. The beach is the worst: rocky and extremely painful to walk to the sea. People told me that they cannot touch the beach, regulations prevent them.

Location of the hotel is good, close to hot springs, and also close to the city and the action.

I would recommend the hotel to my friends.
