La infraestructura muy buena, el personal de servicio muy bueno, sobre todo Aldo. La comida muy buena tambien.
Bien ubicado, en una zona de la playa con pocas rocas en una de las mejores zonas de mancora.
Creo que los precios del restaurante/ bar podrian ser un poco mas aterrizados.

El aire acondicionado sonaba demasiado fuerte, no dejaba dormir bien
We made an impromptu trip to Mancora this past weekend for a quick beach getaway. This hotel was lovely, as was the staff. It's a beautiful, peaceful place with manicured, clean grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and spacious and we found the food to be very tasty. One of our days there, they called us a cab who drove us to the town of Mancora (15 minute dusy/bumpy drive) to a hotel where they had surfing lessons. My teenage boys surfed for a couple of hours at the beach down there, which was fun.
The only criticism I have is that we found several large spiders in the bathroom over night and in the early mornings. They really should spray more regularly to prevent pests since a resort of this caliber should really be bug-free in the rooms.
Piscina temperada. Ideal si vas con niños. Comida: bien preparado y rico.
Desayuno: con pocas opciones de pan. Creo que deberian evitar colocar tortas y kekes en el desayuno.
Acceso a playa: excelente con el personal que esta atento para ayudar a colocar la sombrilla.
En la noche del doingo tienen un cine al aire libre q me encanto.
Lo lejos que esta de la ciudad, practicamente es solo para estar dentro del resort.
La amabilidad de todo el personal sin excepción.
Mejorar un poco la bajada hacia la playa, para personas mayores un poco difícil. Ponerle quizá barandas a ambos lados y los peldaños no tan altos.

El diseño
Que no estaba preparado para las lluvias que hubieron , donde se metió el agua al cuarto por el techo y por el desagüe.
Contrate una cena romántica y fue un desastre la atención pésima uno de los platos tenía mariscos y NO lo indicaba en la carta ni preguntaron si habían alergias
La ubicación era muy buena
No habia suficiente staff para la atencion.
El restaurante ofrece una carta variada y todos los platos que probamos estaban exquisitos, frescos y bien presentados.
Las instalaciones del hotel son de primera calidad, el jardín precioso y bien mantenido.
Sólo utilizamos la piscina privada del hotel, que siempre estaba limpia y la temperatura perfecta.
Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, fue la atención amable y profesional de su personal. Con simpatía y celeridad estaban siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. Destaco especialmente a Gary, Piero y Franco.
Creo que al ser un hotel un poco aislado del pueblo de Máncora, los productos que ofrece el minibar de la habitación son todos salados, ningún chocolate. Y los productos del baño, aparte de ofrecer lo básico: shampoo, bálsamo, jabón y crema de cuerpo, no ofrecen cotonitos para los oídos, ni costurero, ni pétalos desmaquillantes, por ejemplo. Sería ideal que en un hotel de lujo como este, ofrecieran más variedad de estos artículos de aseo personal.
Por otro lado, el hotel no cuenta con tienda. Se me quedaron mis hawaianas y tuve que ir al pueblo por unas. Tampoco tenían pareos, ni objetos de souvenir. Creo que sería interesante que agregaran estos detalles que hacen que una experiencia como esta, sea aún mejor.
