Me encanto el trato del personal, Irene, Mariana, Jorge, Aldo son super atentos y fueron amables con mi hijita de 2 años.

La arquitectura del lugar y la jardineria

Llegue y no funcionada el A/C trataron de arreglarlo lo cual no ocurrió por lo que vi hasta el dia siguiente. A solicitud mía me cambiaron de habitación 1.5 horas después.
Dos dias despues hubieron lluvias intensas y se metió agua a la habitación y el desague de la ducha se salió al interior de l habitación quedando toda inundada. Luego de eso tuve que dejarla y mudarme a la habitación de un amigo y dormir en un sillón, ya que nadie del hotel me ofreció una solución con otra habitación.
Pedi una cena romantica dicha cena fue un desastre!, se demoraron 1/2 hora en traer agua y dos copas, la comida fue mala y nos trajeron un fondo que incluia mariscos siendo mi esposa alérgica y la carta de ellos NO lo indicaba ni decir por ningún lado y NO preguntaron tampoco alergias.

Wundervolles, exklusives Hotel an einer traumhaften Lage am Strand. Der eigene Pool mit Meerblick war ein Traum und auch die Zimmer sehr luxuriös und elegant eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Sehr holprige Strasse um zum Hotel zu kommen, man hatte keine Lust dann nochmals das Hotel zu verlassen, nur wenn nötig. Das Check-in war sehr kompliziert und unverständlich gehandhabt mit Abbuchung, Vorauszahlung, alter Betrag stornieren etc.
Leider hat es im Restaurant auch nicht alle Gerichte der Karte gegeben und es hiess dann es sei erst wieder ab Montag erhältlich. Es war wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel aber bei 5 Sterne würde man ein etwas besserer und organisierter Service erwarten.

La ubicación es privilegiada, es una playa hermosa frente al mar, muy relajante
la habitacion muy limpia

Lo peor es el servicio de reservas, Lia y su equipo son un desastre, me cancelacion la reserva a pesar que solicite pagarla 2 veces, son desordenados, no coordinan entre recepcion del hotel Mancora y la central de reservas de Lima. Encima me cobraron como 200 dolares demas, tuve que reclamar y me devolvieron, pero realmente todo eso hace una mala experiencia.
ah el salir para pagar te demoran horrores, que paga la comida en una factura, que paga el hotel en otra. Su sistema de cobros es el peor hotel del mundo. deben de mejorar, estresan mucho al cliente.

It was such a beautiful place that was let down by poorly run staff and a door and light that didn’t work properly.
Pros:

It’s a very beautiful property with lovely facilities and a lovely beach.

Cons:

The lights in our room didn’t work for half of our stay. Our door didn’t work properly so the cleaners ended up leaving our door open for the whole day so anyone could have taken anything. One of the staff members wasn’t too friendly.

Best beachfront 5 star hotel in the area
Pros:

Arennas is the 5 star beachfront hotel in the area. The hotel staff was attentive, the room & facilities were well maintained.

Cons:

There is a 5km stretch of narrow bumpy dirt road to reach the hotel. It is not a good location for walking. The price is high compared to most of Mancora.

Pros:

The staff from the restaurant, bar and cleaning services were really nice, but some of the staff from reception were not as nice or helpful. The view from the rooms is wonderful.

Cons:

I think this hotel is one of the nicest place to stay in Mancora, but is too expensive for what it provides. Room service has an extra charge and the restaurant closes early. The gym is very small.
