Perfect for our short stop in Pereira
Pros:

The breakfast was great, and the hotel is a short walk from the Arboleda mall. There's also a great bakery just next to it which I'd highly recommend. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Basurera muy pequeña y no hay sino en el baño, no hay donde colgar toalla de manos cerca al lavamanos, no hay tomacorriente al lado de las camas, y las luces de pasillos que están controladas con sensores se apagan aún sin que la persona haya dejado ese espacio y queda a oscuras

Demasiado ruido por las avenidas que están cerca.Las ventanas permiten la entrada del ruido.Eo desayuno es demasiado básico para el costo de la habitación.Realmente su ubicación, limpieza,atención de los empleados lo mejor.

Un buen servicio en el hotel
Pros:

Desde el momento que llegamos al hotel nos atendió muy bien, en el parqueadero, cuando hicimos el check-in, acomodando las maletas en la habitación y era muy rico el desayuno. En general fue un buena experiencia la estadía en Hotel Plaza Pinares
