Ficámos neste hotel pela excelente localização, realmente muito próxima da Plaka, Syntagma e da Acrópole, o que é sem dúvida um grande ponto positivo.
No entanto, o serviço ficou bastante aquém do esperado, sobretudo ao nível da simpatia e da organização.
Logo no dia da chegada (23), perguntámos na receção sobre o serviço de lavandaria. Foi-nos informado que apenas não funcionaria no dia seguinte por ser feriado nacional. Esclarecemos que só precisaríamos do serviço no dia 28, pois estaríamos fora dois dias e depois regressaríamos ao hotel antes de seguir viagem para outro país. Confirmaram-nos que poderíamos entregar a roupa de manhã e que seria devolvida no quarto à noite.
Assim fizemos. No dia combinado, organizámos tudo, colocámos no saco, preenchimos a ficha e até informámos a funcionária da limpeza. Para nossa surpresa, ao regressarmos ao final do dia, a roupa continuava exatamente no mesmo local.
Ao reclamar na receção, informaram-nos então que ao sábado não há serviço de lavandaria — informação que nunca nos foi dada anteriormente. Se tivéssemos sido corretamente informados, teríamos organizado a situação de outra forma.
Este tipo de falha de comunicação é difícil de compreender e revela falta de atenção ao cliente.
Relativamente ao pequeno-almoço, é outro ponto a melhorar. Existe sempre muita confusão, sendo necessário esperar, fazer fila e aguardar pela atribuição de mesa, o que torna a experiência pouco agradável.
Em resumo, a localização é excelente, mas o serviço e a organização deixam bastante a desejar. Para descansar também não dá ouve se tudo nos corredores tem unicamente 3 quartos por piso mas casa de banho no corredor para quem quiser ir . Muito barulho
